Towels had stains. No conditioner in our shower. Didn’t come with breakfast which sucks. Everything to grab to eat with over priced to us.

The hotel has great decor. The room has nice lighting. The bed linen was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful nice and polite. The bar drinks were affordable no second mortgage needed. The pool and whole outdoor area is nice and relaxing. Last the food was good. When I returned I plan to book my room here.

It was a very clean property. The staff was so helpful and accommodating when I wanted to switch my room. Only thing I didn’t like was the $3 fee for coffee each morning. But the entire staff was pleasant

The cleanliness of the hotel was emasculate!! From the room to the restroom in the lobby. If it smells good it makes me happy and I was very satisfied with the up keep of the property!! Everything was wonderful including the staff.

The location, lobby, and staff were nice The room was not very clean, there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom, hair stuck in the fibers of the towels, little bugs on bathroom sink, furniture was beat up and looked stained or like it’s never been wiped down. The elevators were dirty. I was ready to get out of there.

Very nice and modern hotel. Also enjoyed that you can order breakfast from a menu and not buffet style. Also hotel was 5 minutes to the airport.

Clean rooms and property. The room was very nice as well as the bathroom. I liked that the room service texted us daily to see if there were any services or towels we needed. It’s in a great area! 10 from MCO and there’s constant shuttles available to take you to the amusement parks
