We loved the location since its right across the street from Universal Studios. The property is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Ac in the whole building was not working properly. I needed maintenance twice to fix a noisy toilette they came one time and did not fix the problem. Second time they never showed up. There is no breakfast included, no buffet breakfast. I won't stay there again.

Excellent, was wonderful.

The staff was friendly and amenities were nice enough even though we did not use them. I was informed when I checked in that the room we had ordered was somehow not available (despite being booked months in advance). We had a King bed suite with a fold out couch for a secondary bed... I was downgraded to two queen beds which was relatively useless since it was just myself and my wife staying and the reason I booked the room was the larger bed. The hotel offered to cover the parking fee for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. I am still unsure how my room was unavailable despite being booked months in advance.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the bathroom door knobs were malfunctioning, and both bathrooms were empty of bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles. We reported the issue to the front desk, but no one took action until the next day 5 pm. To make matters worse, our room wasn’t made after we returned from Universal Studios on 2nd day. I requested that the front desk refill the three empty bottles in both bathrooms and provide extra towels. They brought back the extra bottles, but I had to hang them on the wall. Fifteen minutes later, a lady came to do room service. However, by then, the bathrooms were occupied because we had finally managed to get soap and shampoo. I asked her to return around 6 pm, but she didn’t come. Finally, on the third day, the room was serviced. Unfortunately, the microwave was missing cups, dishes, and a coffee machine. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Everyone was welcoming. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth. Our suite was very clean and extremely spacious. We had a great view of the fireworks every night. Would definitely stay here again.
