Good clean hotel, staff were friendly. Lovely breakfast. Elevator is very slow

The staff was great everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always served with a smile. The Wednesday social was also really fun. The elevator that was working was very sketchy one was down the whole week we were there. Housekeeping was a hit or miss. We had two rooms one got really great cleaning the other one didn't get clean towels had to call for toilet paper and refills on toiletries.

Really clean and modern room. Very comfortable. A good breakfast. Well stocked for how busy the breakfast area gets. Only thing is, elevator was very slow. Not sure If there was another elevator but only found one

Everything went smoothly on our trip. Had free breakfast. Took the shuttle bus to and from the parks. Nothing to complain about.

This is a fantastic hotel for its price bracket. The hotel is spacious, clean and modern. The facility are really great, especially the pool area. The free breakfast was exceptional. The location is great for Universal. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Loved the room it was a great size for our family of 4. And the breakfast was amazing! Great selections. I loved the bus feature to Universal that was a time saver! The older gentleman working in the travel section could have been more informative and helpful

Everything was great. Beds very comfy, curtains actually black out the morning sun and housekeeping prompt. Breakfast had a good variety, if not lacking fruit!

The room was perfect for our larger family of 5. All the beds were comfy and our oldest daughter said the pullout bed was the most comfy she's ever slept on. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always fresh and the lounge area very nice. The elevator kept breaking and once we were stuck in it for a few minutes. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this hotel. We mostly didnt mind using the stairs except after a long day at the park or when leaving with our luggage.
