Rooms are smelly and felt dirty

Also did not appreciate the expensive parking charges that you have to pay to a third party company.

The sink still took many hours to drain. Though the bed was comfy and the breakfast ok we will not stay there again.

Clean room and polite staff.. Besides the parking fees being a bit high...the hotel is located in the right part of town and walking distance to restaurants and the convention center..

Breakfast was good

A/C was poor, couldn't keep up. Elevators broke on use, had to use stairs. Room door lock kept jamming. Mini fridge frosted over, didn't get colder than 46 degrees. Only half the lights in the room worked. Carpet was disgusting, wore shoes the whole time. Paid parking. No lighting outside hotel. Pool was tiny, hot tub drained years ago, pool chairs all old and had broken straps.

The staff was rude, the air conditioning did not work, and we never had rooms cleaned by the staff during our entire stay.

The employee Rogers at the front desk was rude and displease, not well educated.

The AC was RATTLING all night and I was unable to rest. I just turned it off the 2nd night and was sweating. When I asked maintenance to check it out, he said it was just an old AC and maybe I should ask to switch rooms. Very disappointed in my comfort inside the room. Parking is 21.00 EXTRA per DAY! Big irritation to pay to park there when I am paying $340 for 2 nights already. The office staff were very friendly both times I interacted with them, this hotel needs some updates especially in the halls and elevators. I will not stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The location is super convenient. I put in my notes to do a queen size bed but that did not happen. The room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. No trash removal! The towels were rough to the skin

Andrew was great!!With Andrew help I was able to upgrade my room. Very accommodating. The only negative review I have is the elevator. It’s so old, I felt like I was going to get stuck..

Having the hotel close to things was really nice. Everything is walking distance. It was HOT! Our room stayed hot the whole time even with the thermostat set in the 60s. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. The hallways were hot as well. Only 1 elevator worked and it was sketchy. Took the stairs to bypass the elevator.

The pricing was nominal for the area. The staff were ok, and the location was good. The hotel itself is very old and the cleanliness was not up to the standard. I have been at other La Quinta's which are very well maintained. The lift service was the worst and I got stuck in the lift and then did not take it ever after. The staircase was smelling and the whole lobby area in each floor were not maintained well. The room was ok, but the beds were very old. This is not what I expected when I booked the room at La Quinta. The standards were low.

It's convenient because it's close to major attractions. One elevator was broken, one of our two keys stopped working and the door lock also kept getting stuck. Vending machines on the 7th floor and the ice machine do not work. The staff was super friendly
