The room was clean, some water leaking from the shower. Breakfast was eggs, ham, sausage or waffles. Parking was available and not paid as the rest of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The manager at the front desk had recommended a restaurant to us, and we went. It was phenomenal, and we thanked him for it. Language was an issue with the staff, mostly housekeeping. I was also scolded by 2 staff members because I had used one of the trays the fruit was in. There were 2 bananas I was getting for myself and my disabled husband in the room. I took them both for our use, along with 2 cups of coffee and a muffin. and brought back the tray the next day. I just could not carry it all in my hands. One of the staff told me I had damaged it, and I could not take it. She didn’t understand me as I tried to reassure her it was not damaged and I would return it after I delivered the food to the room. She acted as though I had destroyed a priceless article. Not a fan. And the language difficulty made it impossible to resolve.

My sister and I had our Sister's Weekend. We enjoyed the stay. Everything was beautiful and cleaned. The breakfast was excellent along with the staff. The location if the hotel was centered to all the great places to visit. We will definitely be visiting the area again!

I love that the staff was very welcoming and that it’s a quiet place to actually get some rest.

The staff working when I arrived were very sweet and they even wanted to make sure I got my points for my stay. The property and room were very clean! I only stayed one night, but had zero issues and felt very safe. Location is amazing too! Very close to Millenia Mall and surrounding food/shops. There’s also a Wawa in the same parking lot/plaza and it’s very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was friendly. I feel the sheets could have been cleaner, as well as the shower. I had to spray everything down to feel comfortable as it did not look very clean.
