SpringHill Suites by Marriott Convention Center/I-drive

It honestly wasn’t my best stay at SpringHill and I have stayed at a few. My first room looked as if it needs renovation. The bottom of the shower rail was rusty, the room felt like alot of moist in the air it appeared that the light in the front area was removed and not replaced which made that area dimmed, and the tv in there was not working, not to forget there was a rodent in the room as well. I would say when I pointed everything out to the gentleman up front he did give me another room immediately and apologized. That room was good enough for the time frame we were there but I can’t say it’s like the other SpringHills I have stayed in. They appear to be renovating the entrance area but the rooms and carpet definitely need to be addressed as well as the sofa. The breakfast was not the best on Saturday the home fries was not cooked completely, the waffles were to sweet, the eggs watery, sausage not fully cooked my 5 year olds did not want any of it but Sunday breakfast was much better my kids actually ate that everything fully cooked. As far as the staff they were excellent. Would I stay there again no.

The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, and there was also a noticeable bad smell coming from the sofa, making it uncomfortable to spend time in the room. This gave the impression that the furniture and room may not have been adequately maintained. Parking onsite is paid, something which is not highlighted properly in Expedia.

The staff is great. The room was good. The location is great being surrounded by an ample amount of activities and dining choices to choose from. Somehow I missed noticing there was a parking fee upon booking.

Property's fire pipes were broken and the entire 1st floor was flooded. Breakfast sitting area was not accessible. As for the room, we were given our room and in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. We were moved to another room and this room the toilet didn't flush. Finally we were moved to a room were it was passable however the AC was leaking so the carpet in the entire window area was soaked. By then we only had one night left so we decided it wasn't worth arguing about it anymore. Will not be staying there ever again. I understand that emergencies and things happen however, hotels are there for the customer's comfort. They should have closed, fixed the problem and reopen the hotel. Not make customers walk through 100s of fans, piled up chair, soaked carpet.

The hotel was clean, modern, and welcoming, with spacious accommodations that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Every team member we encountered provided outstanding customer service and truly made us feel valued as guests. What impressed us most was the professionalism of the staff during an unexpected situation. During our stay, a pipe burst on the property. The team handled the situation so calmly, efficiently, and responsibly that we had no idea anything had even happened until the following morning when we saw workers on-site. Their ability to manage the situation behind the scenes without disrupting guests’ comfort or experience speaks volumes about their dedication and commitment to excellence. Thank you for helping create such special memories for our family. We greatly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail shown during our visit. We highly recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-managed place to stay. For the water leak they had on 1st floor I was impressed how fast they were working nonstop to repair damaged floor.

Room was very clean cozy and cold I love a fresh room staff was AMAZING staff made the place feel safe breakfast was really good REAL PANCAKES great buffet that actually full you up thanks we will be back me and my family enjoyed room was very spacious also

Everything was awesome, except learning that the property was paid parking but the staff did an awesome job in explaining it and I was good after that. Will definitely be back!!

Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Me and my wife stayed one night and the stay was excellent. The room was huge and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

I loved the atmosphere and Kim was sp amazing. The staff and even the crew was amazing. They were very welcoming and very professional. There was nothing me and my guest didn't like.

Loved this hotel! Room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. There were only 2 of us, but the room was enough for 4-5 people. Honestly wish I could've stayed longer! The free breakfast was really good too. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before your day. Lots of variety and super convenient.
