Liked how close to the airport the hotel was

Wasn’t happy about having to pay for parking while staying on the property.

Overall a very good stay: room and breakfast were wonderful. The only bad thing was the airport shuttle. We called upon arrival, and were told 15-30 minutes as driver was on morning schedule. That is fine and understandable, but we waited 1 hour and nothing. One driver did arrive, but said shuttle was full, so we would have had to possibly wait another 45 minutes. Ended up having to take an Uber.

It's a good place to stay close to the airport. The room was very out dated but clean. The beds are very uncomfortable. Airport shuttle is very convenient.

Enjoyed the stay.

15 to 20 minutes from all the excitement, nice quiet environment. Clean comfortable rooms and awesome breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Property was excellent, lovely decor, very clean. Staff was delightful and extremely helpful and courteous. Would stay there again.

Location to the airport is exemplary. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was appalled at the fact that checking into our room, I did have to PAY TO PARK OUR CAR in YOUR LOT? $65.00 for 4 Days, 3 Nights, I'm NOT AMUSED! I did have a PROBLEM FINDING a SPACE at 10:00pm. I took a HANDICAP SPACE as it was the ONLY SPACE AVAILABLE at that TIME, what A SHAME !

However, the customer service experience could be better. The front desk staff was courteous, but it would be very helpful to have Spanish-speaking employees available, especially considering the large number of Spanish-speaking guests who visit Orlando. The room was clean but quite basic, and the bathroom felt outdated and in need of renovation. While the hotel met my basic needs for a short stay, improvements to the facilities and guest services would significantly enhance the overall experience. 2.5/5

The property was clean however the the breakfast could have been better.

All in all it’s a good place to stay.. clean, quiet, easy to get to and close to Advent Health (the reason for our visit). I know a common practice with many hotels these days is to charge for parking. As if you have a choice. $21.40 a night is a bit excessive when you have no choice.

Great rooms and staff.

We enjoyed staying close to the airport. I did not like the parking fee. You shouldn't have to pay to park at a place you're already paying to stay.
