SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

We did not leave the items in the vehicle, as we were unfamiliar with the area and wanted to keep our rental car secure, so all items were left inside the room. I am confused as the bag was still present until after housekeeping entered the room once during our three-night stay, on the last full day. After that service, the bag was gone. Because it disappeared from the room, I am unsure whether it was mistakenly discarded or removed by someone else. Either way, I returned home without the souvenirs and gifts purchased for my family during our trip to Orlando.

​The staff was amazing and incredibly attentive! My 20-year-old daughters came back after a long day at the park, and the parking lot near their room was full. Since it was already late, they were a bit scared to go look for a spot alone. The lovely lady at the front desk cared about their safety and personally went with them so they wouldn't have to walk alone. I truly appreciate her kindness. The place was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! 😋 Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. Friendly and clean. Location is phenomenal, ten minute drive to Disney transportation center.

We personally enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom was so clean and we love show big the pool was. The breakfast was also decent. The only thing is the arcade was on the expensive side but my children didn’t care to use it.

Everything. The pool was so fun! Restaurant and game room plus so many things so close by!

The room was very spacious. It was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. My granddaughter slept on the sofa bed and she said it was very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and nice. The buffet breakfast was great and lots to choose from. I only wished the bathroom had more hooks for towels.

To stay one night with my family was okay.. the room was modern and comfortable but we expected more during breakfast time; didn’t have enough variety, the eggs were soggy and cold as well.. if you don’t eat breakfast or just need to grab some coffee and leave, that is the place
