Harborside Hotel

I wish the ice machines were on every floor instead of the 3rd and 7th floor only. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Very clean!!! I appreciate the quietness

The stay was very nice. My only slight issue was the firmness of the bed. Slept well but definitely had to find that comfort spot. Plenty of parking, shuttle service to take you to and from. My wife said she would stay again so you know that’s a GO!! 😁👍

Very nice. I was disappointed in the mattress. Woke up with a lot of pain. Thankfully I was only there for one night. Everything else was perfect.

Clean comfy stay. Will stay again. The shuttle to the Harbor was nice.

Nice upgrades. Location close to MGM and National Harbor

Our rooms were clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. The shuttle service to the Harbor was super convenient. Continental breakfast was fine, coffee was pretty good! Really my only complaint had to do with the room keys. Ours demagnetized a few times, and since you need them for the elevator, it was a bit annoying. I do wish the hotel had a pool, but I knew it didn't going in, so that's not a complaint, just a wish. Also the restaurant on site was closed during our stay, so we weren't able to eat at the hotel. Parking was very easy and convenient. Loved that the hotel was right next door to Topgolf! We enjoyed our stay, and are planning to stay there anytime we come down to enjoy National Harbor.

Continental breakfast was provided. No hot food like sausage, eggs, potatoes, or bacon.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was 5 🌟. The hotel was in very good condition (clean, organized) despite 1 elevator being out of service. We were in town for a concert at the MGM and it was a short 7 minute drive (great 😊). The hotel did offer a free shuttle if needed (great 😊). The free parking was also a plus. The review is 4 ⭐️because there wasn't an ice machine on every floor and there was no clear signage showing where the machine was located. The water filter for faucet was missing, so water pressure higher than expected when faucet was turned out. Had loud neighbors but wasn't sure if they were in the hallway or next door (the room had an interconnecting door) because we could hear their conversations clearly. I would still recommend this hotel because it was clean, decent and had a great staff. Everyone I came in contact seemed nice.

The location was also great. The shuttle was able to bring us to most of the places we were going. The only disappointment was no gym, pool, or full breakfast.

This location is in very very close proximity to the MGM casino. The rate is half the price of the MGM casino established was very friendly property was very clean. It looks like they’re going through some renovations. The lobby was very sleek and modern.

This is.a GREAT option if you're going to the Harbor or watching a show at MGM. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was helpful and amenities like the shuttle and Continental breakfast really elevated my experience. 10 out of 10.
