Amazing location and modern unit with private parking. Loved every minute we stayed here.

Had to vent room when we arrived it was super humid.

Perfect stay. Staff was amazing. 10/10 would stay again

Modern style. Great location, spacious for studio. I had unit #1. Would not want to stay in this one again. Parking was only for handicap, alot of traffic throughout and distracting, difficult to sleep with constant lights, loud road noise. The place had a strong chemical odor upon arrival of Fabaloso that needed to openall doors ans windows to air it out. The coffee maker was left dirty with used grounds in it. TV was difficult to operate with no instructions, door code lock was not working. It was very expensive with all these issues. I was told the other 3 units were all occupied and yet unit 2 & 3 remained empty. These units off the street would have been a better fit for my needs if I decide to return but the website on booking.com does not give you any choice of units. The decor and the bedding was nice, bed was comfortable and the setup within was well designed. There was no staff available on the property.

Otherwise I would still here again

Super nice decor I liked it all

Location and space is wonderful! The lighting was too bright in the mornings.

This is a micro establishment and the owners are attentive and considerate. The units are beautifully designed and spotless. The surrounding area is rustic and laid back. There is easy access from the units to the beach and a great center with a brewery, market, and restaurants. We were sad to have to leave after one night. This would be a great place to decompress for a few days days

The mattress was too soft; after several hours of not being able to sleep, I tried the pull out couch- that mattress was about what one would imagine (not good) and squeaky frame, but I held still and eventually got a few hours sleep.

Great location, beautiful view and easy access to small shops. We will definitely be back!

The place was nice, location was perfect. The stay however was plagued by a booking mistake which led us to be in a tiny suite not suitable for four people. Staff promised an inflatable bed but didn’t make sure it worked before hand and when we notified them our issue they went silent so we slept very uncomfortable without plugs that worked or a working tv as well. Third day we had to move back to tiny suite and asked that the inflatable bed be in working condition for us and again were ignored and brought the same bed that still didn’t have a working pump! We had to sleep uncomfortably again on a bed meant for two and a tiny couch that barely fits a toddler and we are a family of four. It would’ve been fine if the inflatable worked and they took the time to make sure it did before hand and also when we told them it didn’t the second time but it seemed like at that point they didn’t care about our comfort because of their mistake. Communication could have been 100% better with the issues we endured. We booked over a month in advance and were notified within hours of the arrival that our original suite was not available by email! No call, no text nothing, just a email while we are about to board an airplane to California. We were given options to stay in the tiny suite all week or get moved from tiny to bigger suite and back and also the option of just cancelling, to which she said, I’ll go ahead and request this now. This caused us panic at the thought of arriving with no place to stay as we got these messages at the airport. After calling we settled on taking the tiny suite and being moved to bigger one we actually order then getting moved back, seemed like okay they are trying to accomadate us and even offered a credit but she would never answer us on what the credit amount was when we asked. I’m not sure why we needed to move twice in our stay after already being inconvenienced on day one for another party to come in but again the thought of being cancelled on was to great a risk. We also had to move our own luggage, after being told it would be moved for us while we were out sight seeing. We came back to the new room with nothing and had to go ourselves back to old suite and move everything after a long day and then move it again later in the week. Communication was lacking and sparse and there were no apologies or any effort to make our stay more comfortable at their expense for their booking issues.

Location to near by restaurants is great, walking distance They haven't kept up with maintenance of the unit we stayed in. 2nd time we've stayed here. Bed is noisy, and not comfortable. The toilet runs for a long time. The flush plate on the wall was loose, the electric outlet cover is not attached, and the plug was loose and exposed. When we arrived back to the unit after our concert, someone else was parked in front of our unit, (each unit has its own parking), i called the help line and noone answered, left message, but no one returned my call. Had to knock on another units door to get him to move his car, he said he was told he could park anywhere, but the spot in front of his unit was open, so whats that about? His unit was the ADA spot, so thinking he was nervous to park there because he did not have a placard. All in all the unit was just not to our standards this time.

We loved the property, the location was perfect! Very close to all of our needs, close to the Beach, restaurants, etc…. The property is so beautiful, and clean. For the price it’s fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

I loved the heated floors. Having my own driveway was awesome. The place was clean and immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The place was really roomy. Everywhere was spotless when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants were walking distance. I didn't like that the ledge in the bathroom shower was uneven. The shampoo and conditioner that I brought kept falling down.

Nicely built structure. There was a dead bird on the balcony, the property is right next door to a catering company that unload trucks at 2am with loud noises from the trucks. The inside wasn’t clean to our standards. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom and kitchen. The toilet wouldn’t stop running all night and kept us up. There were holes in the furniture in the living room. The towels were stained with makeup. The toilet was old and disgusting with dark stains on it.

It was really close walking distance to the beach. I booked it to be close to the beach. So, that was great. Grocery Store less than a block away as well as High end food trucks and restaurants. Great windows large and spacious. The large windows had no coverings. There were three sections to the windows. Top, Middle and bottom. Bottom had a " Frosted Glass" Middle had manual shades top was blank. No curtains, shades or blinds. No tint or "Frosting" Every car that passed by illuminated our room like a lit fishbowl. Tail lights looked like Siren lights. Tough to get a good night's sleep. The view with the large windows is of a vacant lot with a fence on front of it. Shower leaked, too!

The mattress could use an update.

The air, the temps, the marine layer, proximity to SFO and redwood trails up the mountain, all great. When things were quiet--which was most of the time, thankfully, things were quite delightful. Having chairs on the porch was a nice touch. Excellent coffee shop nearby. Several things: (1) it is hard up against an equipment yard, where they start up loud trucks early in the morning, disturbing sleep; (2) Sunday afternoon a couple guys in the same yard BLASTED Mexican music for hours, driving me OUT of the house; (3) I called the ownership that night, left a message and ownership never responded; (4) The hair dryer didn't work; (5) the kitchen was poorly provisioned; (6) the dresser drawers were not clean; (7) trash needed picking up around the property; (8) perhaps worst of all, the whole place STUNK of cleaning solution, as if someone had died in there. It took us two full days to air the place out, with all windows and doors full open the entire time. Again, ownership never responded to my call for help.
