Nice area, clean room, nice staff Checkout time was at 12:00 and housekeeping came in the door at around 10:30 to start cleaning the room. I was still in there and I had the DND sign on the door so I was a bit confused. It’s fine but I wish I had more time.

got in from a long travel day with many unexpected turns and just wanted to rest. The person at the front counter was rather impatient with me and tried telling me how i should have booked the room. Seeing that i wasn’t even supposed to be in this city i was frustrated when he rushed my check in process like i was wasting his time. I did not feel particularly welcome and felt as though I was burdening him. my reception

Pros- Price, location, lack of noise from traffic, decent breakfast options, pool Cons- noise from neighboring rooms and hall- could hear conversations and doors opening and closing, workout equipment (1 of 3 cardio machines working), could be cleaner in the room.

The check in was chaos. They charged me for my daughter’s reservation even after I told them it was wrong. Will never stay here again!! Very disappointing!! Please do not stay here!!!

The first day we came we felt welcome Manager kicked us out on our 2nd day after breakfast over a few balloons....called cops...and tried taking extra $200 off my card without even speaking to me about it....refused a refund for the second night...the cops couldn't even believe it....we got kicked out for no reason...no complaints nothing...that Manager wasted alot of people's time and money i would Never stay there again

I like the fact that we had to be back at the ball field at 7:00 a.m. On Sunday morning and they opened up breakfast a little early so we could grab a bite to eat before we left There wasn't anything I disliked

Front Desk workers were very helpful and nice. The room was not terrible but not the cleanest…dust and small particles were on carpet around the baseboards, curtains hanging lopsided. Bathroom was clean but hard water spots were in sink & tub.
