Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix Dwtn - State Capitol by IHG

This hotel and staff are unbelievable, from cleanliness, to the staff and breakfast. Stayed 4 nights and it was perfect.

Great place

We only stayed one night, but if we come back, this will definitely be our hotel. My family consists of 6. The kids were so happy in the pool and the breakfast was complete. Hotel was Clean and comfortable, and the staff very nice.

My stay was okay overall. Upon arrival, I was checked in promptly by the front desk staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and had great energy. Unfortunately, the room I was initially assigned was clearly occupied or had not yet been serviced, the beds were undone, towels were on the floor, the lights were on, and it appeared as though someone had just left. I returned to the front desk and explained the situation. One of the staff members quickly apologized and moved me to another room, which I appreciated. However, later that evening while I was out for dinner, I received a call from the hotel asking me to stop by the front desk when I returned. I was informed that there had been a check-in error and that I had been assigned a room belonging to another guest with a similar name. The room I ultimately received was not the king room I had booked, but rather a room with two twin beds. While that wasn't a major issue for me, it was the second mistake made in a single evening. The front desk staff handled both situations professionally and provided excellent customer service throughout. However, the multiple check-in errors made what should have been a simple arrival process more of a hassle than expected. Overall, the staff was great, but the mistakes negatively impacted my experience.

All very good food. No coffee or tea in room or pot for hot water. Dirty carpet and bathroom floor Loud partying next door at 130 am..

Our room was really clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. The pool area was clean and free of clutter and the pool was well kept. Breakfast was good and kept up.
