I didn’t feel very safe or comfortable. The bedding was stained, towels had stains, the chair was bent and broken, air conditioner (while it worked well) was broken, staff was not very friendly, and the neighborhood was not great. TV and WiFi also didn’t work.

Everything was great except hotel advertise that have vending machines and ice machines are free. Unfortunately vending machine with snacks was completely empty and the only two ice machines haven't ran in years.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at, & I travel a lot. I advise to stay far away from this place as possible.

Lot of homeless people in the place.

Red Roof customer service offered to give me 50% off which was not good enough. I slept in my car. I should have known something was amiss because there was security glass at the check in counter. Why would they need that??? Know I know. I'm sorry that 1 is the lowest trading because one is an insult to other properties with a 1 rating. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

I booked this hotel based on the other hotels.com reviews but now it is clear to me that most of the positive reviews are fake. I graduated from GCU and needed a cheap and clean place to stay. I wasn’t expecting much but this was a huge surprise… in the worst way. Upon arrival, I was met with the site of a pimp and 2 of his employees, one of which had no legs. I also saw several scary looking men, obviously on drugs. When I checked in, I was told that I was checking in to a smoke free room. Perfect, I don’t smoke. I walk in and I am hit with the smell of strong nasty cigarettes. Ew. We get into the room and it looks ok-ish at first but I quickly noticed the cigarette burns in the curtains, the mold in the shower, and the not so recently mopped floors. The only positives were the water pressure in the shower was good, the water temperature got nice and hot, and the fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. I absolutely would never come here again. Please do not come here if you are traveling with children. The yelp reviews mention multiple shootings in the parking lot. This was my bad for not doing more research before coming. Also, on our way out, I encountered another hooker whos nips and butt cheeks were completely out. Not what I was expecting to see at 7:45AM. Staff was polite

Arrived at the hotel to lots of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Had second thoughts about staying but ended up staying. Got to the room it was clean but the towels were rough and scratchy. The pictures don't match what you get. I was very disappointed.
-
Horrible location. I never checked in because I did not feel safe. There were multiple homeless people loitering nearby. I had to make other arrangements.
