Oh this hotel was PERFECT for attending the con at the convention center! Literally less than 5 minutes walking. The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful.

The additional $25 daily destination fee was disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated if guests had the option to opt out of this fee or if it could be eliminated altogether, as this would enhance the overall guest experience.

Close to my event. The staff( a lady wear no uniform dressed in pink head to toes)couldn’t find my reservation with my confirmation number,ID and confirmation emails and membership app open to them and argued with me tried to dismiss me . It took over 30 minutes for her to find my reservation. Instead of apologizing she still tried to argue with me.

It is an older hotel and a nice one. Staff to inconsistency was reason for lower review.,hung up on by a staff member at one point.

Very clean motel, convenient location, nice staff

Great location for the convention center. First room had not been cleaned. Front desk quickly found another room and provided hotel credit that was able to be used at the restaurant (which is excellent). Unfortunately, the second room had a terrible mildew smell that only got worse over the course of my stay.
-
Older hotel definitely needs to upgrade. Needs more of a variety of food in the restaurant and for room service.
-
wait time at desk excessive understaffed front desk and wait time to get car more than 45 minutes!!! over 850 for one night- should be perfect

They charge de club level and it’s pretty bad, no alcohol serving included and the hor douvres time 5-7 pretty skimpy little bits of cheese and terrible spinach dip. Never experienced that in any hotels I’ve stayed in the past.

The hotel is quite elegant. Both the pool and fitness room are first class. The staff person who checked us in made sure we had a room apart from the very large wedding party who were staying there. My only complaint is that there was a sizable unaccounted for expense on the receipt emailed to me. I was only able to look into the charge via email. I am still waiting to hear back from them regarding this expense. Had it not been for this discomfort, I would have given the hotel a five star rating if their billing department was more accessible in addressing my question about the unexpected expense.

Pool area was tiny, no music, no bar and shaded all day! Lounge chairs were ripping. Also the AC went out in the building so the rooms and floors were very warm. Staff was great and rooms were clean
