Asked the staff for items like towel/extra soap when I was staying there. No one came to deliver or acknowledge they forgot to send up the amenities

The front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. The entire place was probably the cleanest one I have ever been too The indoor pool was great! It was storming outside, so being able to still swim was fabulous! I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order, but that was jus a minor inconvience. I would have loved to taken advantage of the free breakfast, but I overslept, so I can't say anything about that. Oh yeah...the best part? Most places want you out by 10 a.m., this check out was at noon, which made such a huge difference! Definitely going to stay here again!

The setting was had a home feel, you didn't feel like you were in a box like most hotels.

We traveled for soccer tournament. The hotel was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Us parents enjoyed the outside sitting area.

The staff here were nicer than any staff I've experienced in my other stays. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was really good with multiple options. We stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it.

room service was next level super clean and always bringing fresh towels upon request the breakfast was decent, but not to good the gym was horrible due to the tenets and doing laundry there was super inconvenient

Grill area , pool area, breakfast , and also parking near the doors made it easier to get my kids in and out safely. Pricing for snacks up front but I also understand.

The front desk guy (Asian) didn't seem to be happy to help the clients, and his face was not showing welcoming. We did like him at all.
