Very Nice economic and very clean

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Most hotels at bare minimum offer fruit or yogurts. There options were mini waffles, 2 cereal, bread. To top that off they had a sign stating you could not take your breakfast that’s included in your stay to your room. The one side of the toaster they did offer did not even work. The juice machine that offers apple and orange juice on our second stay was not working. Only thing I liked about it was the location. It was near allot of stores and restaurants

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple. Bed was comfy. Water was hot. Room was clean, but bathroom needs severe upgrade.

This place was awful. I took my 3 teenagers for the rock the country concert weekend. Every drawer stayed open, the walls were disgusting, stains on all the bedding, the hair dryer didn’t work and was gross, the mini fridge was dirty and stunk, they gave us 2 towels for 4 people and it took so much to get more. Will never stay here again.

Staff was very friendly.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was quiet even though I was in a busy area. I have stayed in 4 other hotels in the area and will choose this one again.

The staff needs to learn what hospitality is in the United States of America. At almost 9:00 AM they cut off you eating anything in the breakfast area and there’s five or six people in there waiting to get something and they go leave leave you can’t have anymore. I’m taking stuff to my car. They’re asking me you checking I said no don’t have to check out until 11. Very rude needed sheets changed but person working scared to death of my 5 lb Chihuahua and 7 lb dachshund. Neither one of them have their teeth they can’t bite, but my point is if you’re that scared of dogs, you should not be working at a pet friendly hotel in be rude to people who have pets who is paying to stay there. They’re screaming and yelling through the hallways in a foreign language instead of going into the room and talking to the person there cranking up the vacuum cleaner at 8 AM in the morning in the hallway outside of our room. Do not stay here unless you want the same experience.

Nice location and not far from the concert. Great AC and cold fridge. Hot water and comfortable beds!!! N/A

Disgusting hotel. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke or marijuana.
-
I did not like anything about this place They staff was arguing with another customer in Indian language when we were trying to check in, then he proceed to tell me he saw I selected a smoking room, for starters I haven’t smoked in 20 years, for 2 I haven’t been to a hotel that allowed you to smoke in 20 years or more, we get to the room it smells like marijuana, there was also a roach climbing on the door in the bathroom, we didn’t even start 30 minutes and left to get another hotel, went to Sparks by Hilton, never staying there again

All went very well. Was given room close to side entrance to accommodate my disability. Wouldn't change anything.

The Red Roof Inn in Pooler was outstanding. The staff was extremely helpful and respectful. Kai at the front desk was always available and making sure my stay was excellent. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning and making sure new towels in the room daily. Thanks again, for an excellent stay.
