The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. The location was great. The hotel is seemingly under renovation around the entrance. I circled the property 3 times before realizing the entrance was off to the side, not facing the parking lot and since there was yellow tape blocking that parking area, the entrance wasn’t apparent. There needs to be signage directing to the entrance while the property is under renovation.

The staff at this hotel were so nice! We did have an issue with getting charged twice but the staff corrected it and gave me a call to assure me that the amount would be refunded. Honestly i would stay again. It was clean and welcoming!

Breakfast was awful. Went down to eat at 8:50 and there was no food to be had. I spoke to the person in charge and she said “people serve themselves a lot of bacon, etc and don’t think about other people”. Had to wait 25 minutes to replenish food. Decaf coffee totally cold. No milk. Awful

Night desk clerk was horrible! Said my card was declined when in fact I prepaid! Offered little or no help for the issue! When I moved to the side to handle it myself and make calls mysteriously everything was clear and she gave me my room card. Offered no apology! Definitely below Marriott standards

When I confronted the front desk, was told even though I had requested no service through Expedia it did not transfer that information to them Expedia should not ask this question during booking if that information is not relayed to the motel

Breakfast was good I requested a handicap room for my mom and was told that one would be available, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told by staff that know handicap room was available and booking .com would have to be contacted because they booked the room i am very disappointed in booking.com.

The staff were very helpful, however, the room was dismal decor, dull gray and the air con was very loud, and access to the reception had no signage and we had difficulty finding the entrance. On the positive side, the GM was very caring and understood our complaints and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of items.
