NA By no means should be open, half new half very run down. Not like other quality inns. Doors and locks old, stair ways rough, reception area full of junk, landscape rough

It didn’t feel clean as I thought dirt was still left on the floor and sauce or something from the previous people who stayed the shower wasn’t wiped clean

everything ceiling was caving in, doors are broken we have videos and pictures going on Google to show everyone the staff didnt really help they showed us 3 other rooms they won't give us a refund they were in bad condition for the price we were paying I expected better dangerous condition

Sorry, we left a little before breakfast was served. The room was very clean. The beds where some what comfortable and could have been a little softer with a mattress pad but that was the only thing that wasn't on the top notch as far as I am concerned. Thank you!

Nothing... the staff was rude. The staff was rude. There was a cockroach in the room and I was told it was my fault when I opened the door. I asked for a refund so that I could get another room elsewhere and he would not refund me all of my money bc we used the bathroom. After I went back to the room to back up all of my stuff. The man came barging in the room and said "you didn't leave yet"? What if we were naked and changing in the room? He did not knock or anything.

usb charger didn't work. supposed 'breakfast' was cereal or toast. no lids for coffee. orange juice was mostly water. wallpaper in room peeling. shower curtain waaaaay to short...made a mess. worst overall hotel experience i've had in 30 years.

The front desk was nice. The cleanliness of the place. It smelled bad. I didn’t even want to lay in that bed. It was a terrible experience. Will not be using booking. It was a horrible experience.
