We arrived late and tired. The woman at the reception desk was not able to find our reservation. Upon showing her my email confirmation she said she needed a specific number code which I didn't have. In addition, only her boss who was unavailable could help. She told me I had to call a phone number and get the number for her. That worked but took some time on the phone by me. Also, pool was closed but the website didn't indicate a seasonal closure. We picked the hotel specifically to use the pool and hot tub. Carpet in the halls and room was badly stained

It was great That it is closing soon

Nothing really Most of the amenities were closed such as the restaurants, No laundry room, the pool was closed, the parking was difficult to understand, a short amount of staff to assist guests. Come to find out that the Primm Hotel will be closing next month. I called Bookings to inform them of all the issues and that I'll be leaving the next day.

The lobby was smelly. I was charged more than what was quoted on Booking.com....staff said I would get $50 back but didn't. The lobby was smelling lobby was smelly. I was charged more than I was quoted on booking.com. staff at the front desk said that I would get $50 back which I did not.

to be honest, not much at all. But I do have to say that the staff are very friendly in giving needed help. Flo at the front desk is specifcally thoughtful and acoommodating to my request. The facility was not at all the same look on the website. Additionally, the outlet mall next door had already closed, which was not disclosed during the booking process. The entire property felt as though it was nearing closure, with outdated facilities and very little activity remaining in the area. In fact, most businesses in Primm appeared to be closed. Aside from a few fast-food restaurants, a gas station, and a Starbucks, there was very little available. Prices at these remaining establishments were noticeably higher than at their typical locations elsewhere. After checking in and settling into our room, a fire alarm suddenly sounded throughout the entire facility. My parents and I attempted to evacuate, but found the exit routes confusing and difficult to navigate. It took quite some time for management to silence the alarm and begin investigating the situation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. I spoke with hotel staff, who were able to assist us, and my parents and I ultimately decided to check out and leave rather than continue our stay.
