Motel 6 Pueblo, CO - I-25

Assigned to a dirty taken room, poor customer service, rooms smell, bed was wirey and squeaky, shower head was wrapped with plastic bag, shower curtain- many hooks gone just 3 on there, no air conditioning, deadbolt don’t lock.

I liked the help to get connected to the internet, even though the procedure was somewhat idiosyncratic. The night staff gave me a room where internet was strong. The bathroom had been flooded at some point in the past and the repair was done minimally. The bottom of the door still showed peeling paint and the new toilet was a different size and shape, so the floor had not been adequately cleaned up. I didn;t like the lack of chair at the desk. I had to cobble together a fix that moved a table for my computer such that I could sit on the bed. The stopper on the sink had been disabled so was stuck in the closed position. With the history of flooding, this should be remedied.

The clerks we're very helpful and friendly. The Motel 6 in Colorado Springs on Fillmore took a $60 Deposite off of my cashapp and NEVER got it back yet. I checked out around 8:30 & they said it would be put back on my cashapp. And it hasn't yet. The clerk we're ok and was clean. Now the one I'm staying at is really dirty. The maids has stolen stuff from me, the rooms are dirty the Doors and Windows need a lot of work. Safety is first priority over everything else not painting the the rooms first. I am so disappointed. After my stay here, I will NEVER EVER book a room from ANY Motel 6.......

When you’re picking a location with the lowest rates. I definitely expected not to have the best. But the first room that we were put into as soon as you open the door that were stains all over the walls and the room smelled like smoke, but it was a non-smoking room. The staff was amazing and moved us to a different room, however that room for a kitchenette was missing drawers on dresser and missing drawers in the kitchenette area. There was stains all over the walls in every room and AC unit had not been cleaned in a while, so allergies were activated. But knowing that I spent the lowest amount in the area you get what you pay for and you cannot throw a fit. There was another guest, though that had a leg bleeding and was actively bleeding and got into the pool so we did not use the pool area at all. Framing of the door was kicked in at some point The price

The property has nats, she ac did not work and overall the parking is not great. Would like refund because the property owner didn't care about the conditions of the hotel Everything

Hotel is falling apart. 2 different rooms a/c didn't work. It smelled terrible.mold growing in the bathrooms.

Nothing!!! There was NO central heat because it had been "turned off for the season" which is absurd. There was a cold front and it was horribly cold in the rooms. The front desk loaned us old space heaters that were scary. My bed was horribly uncomfortable with a huge lump at the end. The entry door had a gap on the side and another huge one of about 2-3 inches under the door. It obviously had no weather stripping whatsoever so it only made the room colder! I've been a customer of Motel 6 for years and this was by far the WORST location I've ever been to! I wanted to go to the front desk to tell them I wanted my money back because I was so uncomfortable and so cold I only slept three hours. But, I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and my son who helps take care of me didn't want to because we were driving from Texas to Washington where we are moving. I really feel I should be compensated for this.
