AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills

My room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. I was also impressed with the fitness center, which was both well equipped and extremely clean. Small touches throughout the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable, including the complimentary coffee available each morning on both the seventh floor and in the lobby. I appreciated the convenient access to ice and filtered water stations on my floor, as well as in the gym. The rooftop offers beautiful views and is a great place to relax. I also felt very secure knowing that room key access was required to reach guest floors. Overall, this hotel combines cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Raleigh.

Flooring was cheap and made noises when walking like it was coming apart. Sink was in the room (not the bathroom) while bathroom (toilet and shower) had a sliding glass door which was very odd and small. Shower gel container fell off the wall in shower. Parking was $35 per night and when we arrived the two valet guys were less than helpful in fact acting like we were bothering them. Rooftop bar very cool ! Front desk staff person when we arrived was very nice Not worth the money ., stay 5-10 min away for a better less pricey experience

One of the best stays that we’ve had in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and rooms were beautiful. Will be back anytime we come through the area.

Valet parking was speedy & very considerate. Parking w/o valet would be cumbersome. No parking in the building.

Will you stay at this property multiple times and the staff is always on point very helpful. They are graded what they do. The facilities are also well kept and clean. Just wish they had a microwave...lol

Valet parking was a bit pricy. Our overall experience was good. The room was clean and very cool, temperature-wise. We really love this hotel’s proximity to restaurants and shopping.
