What I like is that it was very illuminated but breakfast was poor

Was out of a lot of the breakfast employee struggling to keep it stocked, there was no bread no bagels no muffins no potatoes she stopped stalking everything before 9 AM and people were left without being able to eat breakfast I was disappointed the main reason why I picked this hotel was because of its breakfast so I could feed the family before going on our long trip

The pictures on expedia are way better than how the room actually looked. It's very outdated. There were random inpaint patches on the walls, the remote was missing the battery cover and they just put tape over it. The couch pull out mattress had pee stains on it. The bath towels were very rough. The breakfast waffles were good though. Do not recommend staying here.

Window. Screen from balcony had a big slit. Only 3 medium towels were provided. Washer and dryer was broken to visitors. Other than the minor stuff room was clean and big. Kids liked the pool. Staff was nice.

Run down could be better . Shasta location is superior, but dude was nice at the front desk and it was an 80 dollar stay . We checked in after midnight so it wasn’t that bad.

The room was big and spacious with a balcony. Unfortunately we could not use the balcony because of the sun and temperatures. The room has some wear and tear but was clean. Breakfast was good but they had an electrical they were trying to fix. Glad we got there early.

There was nothing gluten free for a vegetarian who avoids sugar.

About the only thing I can say about this property is that since we only needed a one night stay it was sufficient. Definitely wouldn’t book it for more than one night. The towel bar in the bathroom was missing. The showerhead didn’t give much clearance for an individual taller than 5 foot five or six.

Beds very comfy front desk clerk Justin? I think? was so very helpful with information to help me safely park our Uhaul he really went out of his way with effort to ensure I felt safe parking in appropriate space😊 and he was funny as well which I needed after traveling long distance 😊 our room was spacious, clean & AC fridge all worked well in the 10O+ degree heat! Breakfast was definitely better than most with real hash browns, sausage, eggs, waffles. We couldn’t figure out how to make TV work ( new technology) & the handyman came immediately even though it wasn’t an urgent master, to show us simple step & was very kind, polite & courteous 😊 would stay again, thank you Justin! (?)

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the TV did not function and there were not many channels to choose from. The refrigerator was quite noisy as was the air conditioner.

The staff were good and accommodating. Breakfast was good. However the facility needs attention. First we checked into a room that had been used. Then the room we were moved into had hair in the bathtub and a small stain on the sheets. The room had one bath towel but 3 hand towels. There were some significant signs of aging around the hotel. We stay in Comfort Inns often and this one was not up to speed.
