    Adult pool was a blast

Pool cost $10/person to get in, but live music was awesome. Great place to stay with the teenagers, golf, arcade, bowling, shopping, food, escape room. Spa for the parents. Free shuttle to the Reno Rodeo!!

Finding the front entrance was very confusing, parking lot under construction, check in staff not helpful.

One of my best experiences, no problem, no situations, I forgot to get my visa card, and got it back, I forgot cash in my room after check-out, and got it back, staff all over the place very cool, only downside the are under construction during my staying, but besides that, I will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a lot to do for the whole family. Lots of activities

All was good other than the pool was under repair during the day when we arrived so we couldn’t use it.

    Good

It was wonderful. The room was huge. The only thing that my husband complained about was that the toilet was in an enclosed booth, but that in no way is a deal breaker. Would love to come back.

Have stayed here a few times and not the normal but we got to our room and left very quickly for a show. Upon returning to the show noticed we only have one bath towel in the room and No hand towles. As it was very late and we were getting up early to leave I didn't bother calling about it but still annoying

residential suite. I was shocked and amazed. They had overflow of guess that needed rooms that didn't have reservations so they bumped us up. Needless to say we were super pleased. And we were treated like we were meant to be in the presidential suite. Thank you Sierra.

We stayed here on our way to and from visiting family. This was the 1/2 way point. On the way there we were super happy with our stay that we decided to stay again. On the way home, our room was not great. The room had no been vacuumed and it looked like there were chips and food all over the floor. You could see it outside the room in the hallway. There was a fan on in the room that seemed to be on because the bathroom fan wasn’t working. None of the mirrors or glass had been wiped down and the shower had a hair clump in the drain. Not happy with the second round visiting.

The hotel had a lot of restaurants and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable . They are doing a lot of construction so we had to drive around the back to get in and there’s not much signage to follow . Inside the directions are terribly confusing and there are no signs at all on where to go for check in . There were also no employees anywhere I could see who I could ask. We wandered all over the place with all of our bags trying to find check in for about 20 minutes until another guest helped us . Terrible lack of directions ! Had to pay a resort fee that was higher than what was listed on Booking and the pool closed at 8 pm and didn’t open until 10 am . So the entire reason we stayed here was for nothing . We couldn’t use the pool . The pillows were huge and not comfortable. The elevator system assigns you an elevator so during busy times it packs everyone in and wait times are long . They seem to nickel and dime as much as they can here. We would NOT recommend it and we would NOT stay here again !

    Exceptional

We had no towels in our room. We called housekeeping, who did not answer. We called the front desk and was informed they did not have much staff and it could be awhile before anyone could come. There was a housekeeping cart in the hall so we asked them for towels and was given some. Quite awhile later staff came with towels and we said we already got them. At checkout the next morning, I was charged for them bringing us towels the night before. Seriously!!!!

The staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. There were things happening at the hotel that were not disclosed prior to check in
