This hotel is in an excellent location a block from the main river front. Decor is dated but clean and in good condition. The room was huge with a partial river view.

This hotel is charming, very clean, well located and comfortable. Yes, it is an older property but that's not a bad thing. The rooms are very spacious, the mini fridge is 2x the normal size, the decor is so charming and like you stepped back in time for a unique experience. The outdoor skydeck is enormous, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The parking garage is narrow however we had a mini SUV and were able to navigate the turns just fine. We were a 2min walk to the river walk and there is a charming coffee/breakfast spot just across the street. We would absolutely stay again. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Hidden gem.The outside appearance hides the topnotch inner accommodations. Highly recommend the facility.

We loved our stay. We only stayed one night, but would like to return. The location was superb, and the room was wonderful. Front desk staff was so helpful.

There were some slight hiccups with the temperature in the rooms during our stay but staff were helpful in getting us a new room. We loved the lounge and sun roof. The retro vibe was fun and it was located close to riverwalk but not other convenience stores etc

The hotel has a nice location, one of the best in Reno, right near the river walk. We didn't use the pool. It looked nice. We did enjoy the hot chocolate. The availability of nutmeg and cinnamon was nice. Took us awhile to figure out the machine which is there more for coffee. One serving of hot chocolate (#22) and one serving of hot water from the other machine with a sprinkle of nutmeg and another of cinnamon makes a good cup. Desk staff could have been friendlier. Saturday evening wasn’t the best time to be in the streets with a child. People drinking everywhere.

Large room, funky vibe, great guest "lounge" area with pool table, tv, and beverages. Free parking is great.

This is an old style Reno hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff extremely nice and helpful. The location is excellent, right downtown & 1:2 block to the river. This is a great hotel if you’re not interested in having a casino. It has an indoor pool and a bar/ lounge too. Also appreciated free parking!

Staff on the second stay was much friendlier and helpful. The first was fine the last day of May, but this stay was much different from the staff perspective. The parking is horrible and the garage elevator being broken was disappointing both stays within a week.
