Pearl Hotel

Breakfast was very good. The staff was the most valuable asset. Enjoyed the conversation with all, the reception, and the breakfast room personnel. The bathroom was a little bit too small.

The arrival

Common areas very nice! Staff exceptional! Loved that there was a power key separate from room key to keep room cool while away. Breakfast abundant. Room dated and rundown. Bathroom had musty smell.

Last stay I was lower level and had a terrace, the balconies are very small. Perhaps some smaller, better fitting outdoor furniture would help?

The staff demonstrated great professionalism and friendliness, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. I understand this is a 2-star hotel, and I didn’t expect luxury, but the condition of the bathroom is concerning. It’s very small, has a strong unpleasant smell, and the floor has visible black stains—likely from mold and age. While I appreciate the budget-friendly rate, the current state of the room feels below even basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The pool is quite small considering it’s shared between two hotels. The photos online are generally accurate in terms of layout, but of course, they don’t show the wear and tear from years of use, including signs of mold and aging throughout the property.

Breakfast was quite tasty, and the location was decent I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I couldn’t hold back. Let’s start from the beginning: we could barely find the reception. As it turned out, it was located in another hotel, and if it weren't for some kind tourists, we would have been wandering around much longer. When we finally got to the room, we were hit by a strong sewage smell that was unbearable and just wouldn’t go away. It only got worse from there. The room, meant for three people, was tiny, as was the shower cabin. It was almost impossible for an adult to fit in there. The shower curtain was purely decorative, as the entire bathroom floor would be flooded after each shower. It was actually dangerous to step out onto the wet floor. A special thanks for the hairdryer. It worked for just a minute before shutting off, and then you had to wait several minutes for it to turn back on. Who is this hairdryer even for? A minute is clearly not enough to dry your hair. I wouldn’t be surprised if the TV, had we turned it on, worked the same way — one minute at a time.

Great Location Area has a lot of pedestrian traffic at night so it is loud but I was expecting that when I booked the hotel so no surprises. I missed the breakfast because my boat left too early in the morning

Breakfast was really good. Hotel staff was friendly. Comfortable room, really good value for the money and good for short stays. I would recommend and stay again if I go to Rhodes. Bathroom was small but ok. Hairdryer was stopping after a few minutes of being used and you had to wait some minutes to continue. Room was very hot at night but there is aircondition, if you are ok by sleeping under AC all night.
