Rooms were nasty dirty. Had hookers in the walkways working. The place is a bait and switch. The photos on the site are nothing like what you get. Ruined our family vacation. Would not refund even thou we did not even spend an hour there. The place is in safe and unsanitary.

I understand you pay for what you get, but the bathroom was very visibly dirty and nasty. Soap streaks, hair in various parts of the shower, crusted toothpaste in the sink, dirt and hair on the back of the toilet seat and the seat itself. There is no way anybody can call that clean and feel comfy using the bathroom in any capacity. Very disappointing and will never be returning.

Property looked nothing like how it does online, looks run down sketchy looking arounrd the area, place has 3 different names online, one of the phone numbers is invalid, arrived to check in and the lobby was closed ended up going to a different hotel.

After 3-4 days, I noticed bed bug bites all over my legs. When I reported it, the staff rudely dismissed me, claiming their "detector" found no bed bugs and refused to refund the several remaining nights I had already paid for. Losing that much money was a huge hit, but the conditions were so unsafe and unbearable that I had no choice but to check out early for my own safety. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude made it clear they have a strict no-refund policy, no matter the situation, and likely handle complaints like this often. There’s no continental breakfast as advertised, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the area feels incredibly unsafe. The only solution they offered was to move me to another room, but the quality of the rooms varies wildly, so you’re essentially gambling with your stay. I chose this hotel thinking Richmond Hill would guarantee a safe and reliable stay, but this place proved me wrong. Save yourself the trouble—this hotel is disgusting, unprofessional, and not worth a dime.

Couldn’t find my reservation. Was made to pay a $50 deposit not mentioned by you. No chair or trash can in the room and no hangars provided. No charging plugs provided. I could barely turn around in the shower stall it so small.

When I get to this hotel found out that the Wi-Fi connection is not working it's very low the bathroom door does not shed his swollen and it's all dirty around the toilets can't use your shower because the faucet doesn't even come on and mold is on the ceiling along with the sink doesn't produce any hot water I've been told by the staff that they didn't have any hot water it also advertised for breakfast also which is no breakfast in the morning they said that it was all false and advertisement when it came down to the breakfast and the hotel itself it looked very junky around the area is uncapped the bedroom it was let's just say it was comfortable but it was still horrible couldn't barely watch any television at all because we have to go through two remotes control just in order to watch television that hotel is the horrible and the most disgusting place I will ever go back to ever again don't rent there at all

This hotel was probably the worst i stayed at in a while! There were dead and live bugs in the room, no microwave, no trash cans. The shower water got hot and the bed was pretty clean. I travel to the Savannah area for work and usually stay about 4 to 5 days. I had to leave early because a bug was trying to crawl into my backpack. Definitely looked my roaches.

The room was ok but the staff are complete liars they are disrespectful and unprofessional the old black lady with the missing front teeth lied and said my girlfriend slammed the door in her face when she came to the room for check out not knowing that I seen and overheard everything and then goes to the manager and gives her 3 different stories and then would not let us pay for the room another night do not waste your time here you will possible be lied on and disrespected

Apparently this property is going through a lot of changes because of an ownership change. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and it provided what we wanted. But this time was different. The people working were fantastic and tried their very best. But there was none in a leadership position available to help. Our first room was a dungeon. No idea why they would even sell that room. Nothing on the wall. Dingy lighting. No ice bucket. No toilet paper. No working TV. Awful towels. White paint all over spots on the walls. We moved. Much nicer room. But no working TV, no toilet paper. Only one end table. No chair. No trash can. They tried to fix the tv but what was needed was locked up and no one on site had access. So they wanted to move us again but upon inspection couldn’t find a suitable room to move. Outside landscaping was non existent. Weeds everywhere. No breakfast of any sort. The ownership was making these workers go to other rooms to take toilet paper because they didn’t have any on site. Ownership couldn’t go to wal mart and buy a few cases? The whole place needs a power wash. I want to emphasize the people on site tried everything they could to help and were as nice as can be. Maybe there is a plan but there were no signs nothing to indicate improvements. Again this is our 4th 5th time and we have it average every time because that was our expectation. This experience is refund worthy. Until noted different I wouldn't pay in advance.
