Red Roof Inn Savannah - Richmond Hill/ I-95

The bathroom door was filthy with paint coming off and chipped wood. The mirror wasn't clean. The dispensers were empty of the shower gel and shampoo. Only 3 pillows for a King size bed. They only give a bag for ice without the canister. The bag leaked. Not a place that you want to stay.

The shower curtain needs replaced.

They making money on it but from the quality if the towels all the way to the lack of shower gel dispenser but an old cracked piece of soap it was awful. Towels had stains on them

Sometimes going out your way to help a potential guess to return goes a long way

Showed up and no one was in the front desk, bedsheets were stained decided to go to another hotel. They were willing to fully reimburse me.

The first room the sheets and comforter was dirty it had spots also the sheets. Then he moved us to another room. It was no better, the towels did not look clean.

Location. Easy off and into the freeway. The facility can use a facelift.

Easy access. Pets free The beds (mattress) although very comfortable is on a metal base & getting up in middle of night if bang into it with your foot makes a loud noise.

The only plus is that pets are allowed. This Red Roof gives the corporate Red Roofs a bad name. No ice machine, no snacks, no coffee maker, rooms have had a bad makeover. No breakfast like corporate Inns. Overall 1 out of 5 is generous!

Needs a maintenance man asap, needs their guests to remember this isn't their property, respect it. Good place to stay, you just have to overlook the much needed paint and the way to loud neighbors

Stained sheets, rusty lamps and refrigerator, gum on headboard, half of lamps didn't work, towels were rags and stained, generally dirty

Dirty rooms , bad neighborhood ugly dirty motel

The room I reserved was not available. They did give us a room with 2 queen size beds instead of the 1 king I reserved. Room was ok. We had to pick up a TV remote from the desk as there was none in the room. The bath towels were little better than a paper towel. The room had bags for an ice bucket, but no bucket, and there was an empty bracket attached to the wall where a smoke detector should have been. The mini fridge did work phenomenally though.

Doors wouldn't completely close... bugs coming out of bathroom drains. Felt very unsafe

The room was outdated definitely. The issues came more with pure filth of the room. Dirt and cobwebs in every corner. Someone's handprints in the middle of the mirror and I'm not sure what to think of the mystery black goo hanging from the bathroom light. We stayed one night in passing to FL and had it not been midnight when we got there we would of left immediately. We stayed and left very early in the morning.
