The staff was very helpful with everything that we had going on

First hotel I've started at with linoleum floors and the towels were just awful, but everything else was quite good

There were lots of little problems with this property. The refrigerator smelled of spoiled meat. The door looked like it had been forced open. OK for one night inexpensive stay.

The room was clean the rpoperty smelled like pee at the side of our room and at check in i asked for 2 extra towels since it was 4 of us me my wife and 2 kids tue guy at the desk said no extra towels there is 2 in the room i mean we were 4 wit 2 towes do the math

Nice place hotel to rest with Accesible parking. I rest really well

The toilet would not fill and flush without having to open the tank and fix it manually. I told the staff and they did not do anything about it.

Then, the cockroaches. I killed two, one as it scuttled out of my toiletries bag that I'd left unzipped on the sink counter. Gross me over. And finally, the window shade didn't block out the very bright outdoor lights that were kept on all night long. Very irritating. Will not ever go back

Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in.

Cost, location, outward presentation, previous stays Room door looked like a swat team had broken it down! Scared my wife. ROACHES HUGE, I killed two in bath room and another ran under the beds metal housing stand, I never got it.

Dirty. No hot water. Old tiny stained towels. Broken sink. Hostile reception clerk. I travel for work and have been to many hotels, good and bad. This was the worst ever. Will never stay in this chain again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning people were very kind

We did not even end up staying. The area was terrible and people were wandering around outside the hotel. Based on other reviews saying it was nice we thought it would be fine for a quick stay, but we felt unsafe and immediately called to find another hotel.

The room was dirty and there was hair in the bed and the shower and the sink. Bathroom door did not close

Change rooms 3 times sit outside in 95 degree heat for as long as possible low ceilings

Check in lady was VERY rude, didn't even speak. There were no batteries in the remote control and there were roaches in the room. NEVER AGAIN!!

Bed was very comfortable. Price cheap. Check in staff just looked annoyed, no explanation of anything (ice, luggage carts, etc), no coffee in room or in office, very dirty outside, bathroom was dirty, shower ceiling crumbling, room had door leading to next room just painted over with a desk in front of it. Locks didn't look secure at all. Hardly any towels/washclothes.
