The a/c never worked, the staff member stayed that was working when it wasn’t, I asked to be transferred from the room since I saw few rooms empty and he declined my request and never communicated with us even after I went to the office few times

Bad service

No toiletries, broken shower handle, carpet, and only coffee instead of advertised breakfast

The stay was good for the one night we needed. Was very disappointed with the staff on how they handled when we complained about a roach. All they did was give us a spray can and told us to bring it back. They also were very rude when my brother had stopped by for 15-20 minutes

Good for short stay

There is no continental breakfast.. Completely Lie... Bugs everywhere. Had to leave, It was too gross for my standards. You want cheap this is what you get.. Spend an extra $10 a night to avoid the bed bugs and roaches.

What I like best about this hotel was the fact that when I showed them everything that was wrong, they were willing to refund my money and let me move out

Near the highway and hot shower Load guest, wall dirty, look like blood on the wall, no toilet paper, had to go and request a roll. 1 lamp shade dirty No breakfast as advertised and no coffee

The overnight attendant was helpful. Had to ask for a second room because there was gum and hair riddled throughout the neatly-made bed. Appeared like the room had been used for an hour, if you catch my drift, and resold. In the new room we were kindly allowed to move to, we turned the heat on and smoke started coming out of the AC, tripping the smoke alarm. The attendant immediately burst in and accused us of smoking. He fiddled with the machine for too long before leaving and taking the smoke alarm with him. The bed was extremely UNCOMFORTABLE. The shower handle was broken. We were NOT GIVEN ANY SOAP. You get what you pay for... but there are plenty of other places to stay...

Parts were missing off the shower. Like handles. It was extremely noisy. That was the staff, not the customers

Nothing The property had roaches all in the bathtub and bathroom sink and they also was on the bed want down to the office to take to a worker and i let him know the issue I was having and the only thing he tried to do was offer me bug spray i told him give me my money back and we leaving we did not stay there

The place smelled strongly of cigarettes, there were some bugs in the room, and the heater was very noisy.

Clean the bathroom was nasty sink broke cockroaches everywhere I paid for a king smoker room they give me a doble bed non smoking well everything was bad

Nothing ... Only stayed one night (booked two nights) at 9am the next day we checked out went to another hotel down the road. Super 8 refused to reimburse us for the second night. This is why we left... Mold infested room... AC no cover with black mold coming out of vent and dead bugs stuck in screen. Bath tub and shower curtin full of black mold Refrigerator/ freezer pink mold inside both Rest of room... No hot water (found out from other guest it was at least 3 days they had no hot water) Mice dropping in room (only found 1st morning) Light shades full of dust Hallways and room had an awful stench Site said breakfast included... no coffee no breakfast
