Great experience. Would visit again.

When I got to the hotel they said I was booked for a one King bed but I booked 2 queens. I waited an hour for her to find out how to fixed it. She checks other people in to Queen sized beds. Then after we take the King room she finds us a room. The next day the new worker said it’s usually first come first serve so I should have been got the room.

Softer pillows please. Everything else was great.

Clean rooms, clean facilities, maintained and care for very well! Greet customer service, rates were great, accessible to gas, restaurants, site seeing, and highways. Overall 10 out of 10

My study was magnificent!! From the moment I checked in to leaving the hospitality was fantastic. Professional service from the manager, polite, friendly, patient, and kind. Greeted me coming in, was resourceful in area and restaurant that great. Housekeeping was great. I truly enjoyed my stay look guests to coming again. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Our stay was great. Room was clean. Shower was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast options were great.

Couldn’t get any better for the price. Late checkin with a toddler was a breeze. Couldnt ask for a nicer person at the desk. Lobby and surrounding inside areas were spotless. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Minimal grab-and-go breakfast options

We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once even after we made a special request that it be done. I asked for 4 sets of extra towels and we were only given two. There were no luggage carts available as we were checking out. The breakfast was never fully stocked. Trash bins around the hotel were always full. The carpet needed vacuuming. The coffee/tea area was always dirty.

The location was great and the staff was pleasant and very helpful There were many kids staying there the first night and they were running up and down the hallways and causing a lot of noise until about 11 p.m. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Breakfast was served at 7 am and we left at 5 am, so we cannot rate For the price, we expected a little more. First and foremost, the staff was very congenial and courteous - the complimentary water and chips were a nice touch - absolutely satisfied with that part of the experience. The room was very spartan - only one chair, no clock, television was terrible, only small refrigerator- no microwave. The acoustics were terrible — we heard loud voices, kids running up and down the hall, and people banging on the walls and stomping on the floor above late into the evening. There was a strobe light in the room that flashed all night.

Convenient location The trash outside of the building was completely full overflowing to the ground, and we kept having teenagers my phone our door all threw up good night playing games, and when we would open our door, they would run away.

The staff were amazing. I told them it was my partner's birthday and they gifted us a beverage. Nothing, it was great

Nothing No hot water for the morning shower Very noisy, kids laying on top of pool table and the staff said nothing Went down at 8am for breakfast, no regular coffee, no sausage, pancake machine not working. No muffins. Bagels only white bread No bananas The person taking care of the breakfast COULD CARE LESS staff never recognized me as a Hilton Honors member Took.15 minutes to check in Horrible experience I should get my money back !

The room was awesome and clean. I just had trouble with controlling the thermostat. The staff initially was overwhelmed, but was able to get our reservation straight. The stay overall was really good and I would stay at the same hotel again.

Clean and friendly staff. Very quiet location. Everything was perfect.

Convenient location. We stopped here for a single night passing through while traveling. It’s a newly opened hotel so everything was clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing, so welcoming with our late night arrival and she was also there when we left in the morning and was so friendly and sweet. The property itself was great. We had trouble knowing how to control the heat/air in our room. It’s confusing having a thermostat, but the controls are on the unit itself so we slept in a pretty cool room. The shower soap was basically empty but the staff graciously gave one for the room to replace. We did witness the breakfast staff person being pretty rude to another customer which was a bit off putting. They had a loud rude attitude towards them but the manager diffused them properly.
