Beside everything was bad, no good enough clean, smell of smoking inside of room, in front of the entrance we got robbed, literally a guy with motorcycle ran in front of my wife by force took her iphone; the staff didnt even bother asking if we were fine or anything, just like normal stuff doing; we got check out just 1 minute ago; casually we got robbed ….

The employees are very kind and helpful I didn’t like the breakfast system ie although it was said to finish at 10am, one of the days I arrived 09h45 and noticed the employees starting collecting everything 5min before the deadline. As far as I am concerned It’s not a usual practice at other hotels. I am not saying that I would stay there until 10h30 or so, but that way was a bit frustrating. Anyway, the breakfast itself is very good ! Hope they change it. In addition, they take quite a while to clean the tables making quite difficult to find a single one clean due to the large volume of guests.

Nothing Beds with no bed sheets, holes in mattress, bugs, rude staff, bad breakfast. A rooftop pool does not justify this place being considered even remotely ok.

Breakfast Staff rude. We waited almost an hour to check in. I questioned the delay and the receptionist was rude. She didn't provide any information about the hotel, etcetera. Receptionist absent from the reception desk when I need it information. Water was leaking and soaking the entire bathroom when we used the shower. It Was unpleasant!

Breakfast service was good. Staff answered all questions. Sink wouldn’t drain, the gym was lackluster, too much noises, and questionable parking / no free parking

Bed was super uncomfortable and everyone on our floor was super loud all night long

The food in the restaurant the mirelit pizza. We heard everything from the neighbors and from the hal. Really bad .

Hotel is okay. The rooftop looked nice. Room was clean and in okay condition. Stuff! The front desk agent doesn’t speak English. But worst that that he didn’t know how to read. Holding in hand my passport he couldn’t read my country and just put a random one in all documents! Also they refused to prepare for us some sandwiches for early leaving, but the breakfast was included in our rate. We didn’t like the bathroom. And location. Even it’s close to main attractions in Downtown doesn’t look safe. It’s just 3 blocked but feels very bad.

Really good value hotel, with lots of facilities (restaurant, gym, pool). The room was comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. We've stayed in 4 star hotels that weren't as nice. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was good, and very reasonably priced for a hotel! Breakfast was also good, with lots of selection. There was a lot of sand on the floor of the room, otherwise it was very clean. Also the A/C was very noisy.
