Holiday Inn Trophy Club by IHG

Housekeeping only came one time our entire 4 day stay. Their daily breakfast included over-cooked eggs and nasty sausage patties. ( there are plenty of great breakfast places around there ). Do NOT stay here.

We got an accessibility bathroom which we didn't need. That meant that water seeped from the shower into the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. We used the shower every day of our 3-night stay, and the bathroom became progressively more and more soaked until it was just a puddle.

Clean room but swimming pool out of service.

Pool area was riddled with insects either flying around or in the pool itself. The breakfast was lackluster and nearly inedible, and the dishes were not cleaned properly. The room itself was at best average, with dirty and itchy linen on the bed. The pull-out mattress in the couch was somehow the cleanest thing to lay on.

Nice hotel/lobby area. Check in process was easy. There wasn’t a lot of parking spaces so had to park a little far and it sucked having to carry our bags and no side doors to go through. Room looked nice when we first walked in. I did a walk through. There were long hairs on the towels and shower/bathtub. It also looked like red splatter on the wall of the shower which could easily be watered down. I did not want to complain because it was already late, tired and the hotel was fully booked from a truck event that weekend. I was going to lift the bed cover and was disgusted when it had what looked like foundation/makeup stains. I slept on top. No bueno.

Leaving Room was horrible, breakfast was bad, manager touching food, NO ketchup??? No eggs, it was only 8 am, stains on carpet, stains on drapes, holes in wall in bath room under sink, and NO water pressue, that was the point at which I just decided to go home. The WORST. and one of the elevators broke... go figure... Had reservations thru Monday- We left Saturday morning, They got two nights and two breakfast 'meal' (X2) on me- they need the money.

Me gusto mucho la habitación es bastante amplia me gustó que tienen servicio de lavandería y puedes usarlo a la hora que quieras tiene muy buena ubicación tiene restaurante a solo 12 minutos del aeropuerto DFW la verdad me la pasé muy bien ahí me hospedé tres noches y pronto volveré ahí

Great location, with a bbq place and a nice bar/resto walking distance. Rooms are clean and simple. Good for a short stay. Staff friendly. Pool indoor and not heated. Breakfast is okay simple. Overall was great for what I needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel worked for a couple nights stay, however, the room I stayed in wasn't very clean. The carpet had food crumbs under the tables and sofa, the walls and baseboards were pretty dirty too (in the room and in the general hotel space). If I hadn't been so busy and out of the room the majority of my stay, I definitely would have brought this to the staff's attention.

The restaurant/bar was also disappointing. They did not have much of a drink selection and the restaurant was always empty.

Morning staff girl no personality Talk to staff and manager to fix dresser drawers took 3 days. Housekeeping did not remove trash that was left for them. Asked manager for a discount gave a wopping $2 off!

Room was clean the lobby has a weird smell but everything else was fine
