Very clean and close to everything

Nice hotel. Good location for dining and shopping. In need of updating

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast hostess did a great job.

Room was clean and served its purpose, parking was good, had trouble getting clean towels out second day of the stay

Love the room and the set up. Lots of cubbies for storage. The room was updated. It looked like they painted the cabinets, which unfortunately made them sticky to the touch. The decor was beautiful. Breakfast was mostly typical like a free breakfast, but had better yogurt than most. It was very quiet where we were. Would stay here again.

Location Water pressure was really low. Pull out couch bed had springs poking out which made it really uncomfortable

Toilet leaked off water and kept refilling every 30 minutes. Very loud and kept us awake. Refrigerator made a lond sound when cooling mode kicked on. Impossible to get any sleep.

The AC/Heat unit in the room ha a foul odor that never really went away. We were going to request a different room but had already unpacked and were too tired to repack and move.

Location is great. Room was very nice. Never got wifi on my phone. Front desk tried everything but it never worked. Not her fault. Used cell instead. Tablet worked fine.

I honestly didn't expect it to be so nice. The value and the price were unmatched for the area. The Kind lady with the short pink hair and the nice lady who was working the breakfast area 10/11-10/12 made our experience great!

First being on business and staying 3 days I was a not impressed with being given a ground floor room. They originally wanted to put next to the gym, they moved be down two room to 107. After getting settled and returning from dinner I discovered the TV wouldn’t work. After the front desk attempted to fix the issue he finally said we’ll get you and room. I was then moved to room 121, again on the ground floor. The BBQ/Lounging area was directly outside my window. For two of the three nights I got to listen to several different conversations from the people directly outside my window. To make things worse the toilet had a slow leak and the water would refill very 6 minutes. I had to keep the bathroom door shut just to sleep. Absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had in the last 10 years.

The lady that checked us in was nice. The room was very clean. I had no issues and would stay there again.
