Clean lobby, great desk team and pretty nice rooms. Delicious breakfast. The entrance road needs some love--watch the potholes. I only wish the staff stepped in when a bunch of people on the first floor decided to slam doors and talk loudly in the halls at 1 am. It was happening feet from the front desk. Otherwise, the place super quiet too. Really convenient to get to gas stations before turning in the rental car and just down the road from the return place. I would stay here again if I had to fly out of O'Hare.

This was a good hotel for O'Hare airport. The free hotel shuttle was helpful. Call the hotel when you arrive at the airport to get instructions on how to pick up the shuttle. The free breakfast was mediocre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Breakfast had both hot and cold choices. Make your own waffles, juice coffee tea. Scrambled eggs, sausage and toast. Cereals and yogerts. Would stay again if in Chicago.

We had to take a cab instead of the shuttle because we would have had to wait TWO more round trips to be able to get on board. Cabbies live when you take a cab to a hotel from the airport.

The management was not accommodating. There were mystery stains on the couch. The airport shuttle did not have AC. The airport shuttle was undersized and shared with another hotel.

Overall very good. I had misplaced my laptop computer, and front desk was able to retrieve immediately. Staff very friendly.

We had to leave early for an early flight so we did not have breakfast. The location was great and close to the airport. They also were walking distance (across the street) to some nice restaurants.
