Stayed here for 6 nights. Upon check in, my credit card was charged almost double the confirmed rate. It was nice the general manager reached out to me and immediately rectified the problem. Room was very clean and breakfast was good. This place is highly recommended.

The room was decent. Upon entering I realized that the door bolt was broken off. It did make me feel a bit uncomfortable knowing I can't lock it. In the bathroom I found hair on the counter and in the tub. Beds were good. For the price I felt that it could of been cleaner.

Room cleaning was skipped, breakfast ends even when you have few minutes left, and the pool did not look clean at all...

Overall, it was a very good experience. Stayed there days twice in this trip (1+2). Very conveniently located close to 35W ramp (5 minutes). Rooms were clean but property overall needed a little bit more attention. Breakfast was average. Staff all around was outstanding that included the front desk, the housekeepers and the kitchen staff. All of them were always extremely helpful. Price (thru Expedia) was extremely reasonable.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning was not working sufficiently to keep the room cool. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and willing to give us another room. The second room was also clean and the air conditioning unit worked well and kept the room cool. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I prefer pillows with more substance. We were pleased to find two pillows that were somewhat firm, in addition to two pillows that were filled with down or down alternative. The room also did not have a hair dryer, but that was quickly resolved. The staff was excellent. The coffee was delicious, not Folgers. ☺️ It was an older facility but if you are looking for a decent stay, I certainly recommend this hotel.
