The pool wasn’t even open and there was a sign that said closed for the season. Our shower was dirty with pubic hairs. There was hardly anything left for breakfast.

the pool was out of service. they agreed to give me a refund and then charged me twice! we had to leave and get a different hotel. the help at booking.com was absolutely the worst customer service everything!

The bed and pillows were comfy the room was large. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection.

Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Location is convenient to everything, and ticked off the main road in a quiet wooded area. It was all good.

My room was deactivated without my notice couple of days. I have to come down with all access cards to activated to get in for no reason. Very frustrating, never seen any hotel doing this till now. Hotel staff and process must be fixed first. If some is wrong , have to inform us first by phone. Our wedding stuff is inside the room when this happened. I am the one booked 7 rooms and been mistreated. Hope my feedback help for future customers or blind eye
