Residence Porta Antica

Location is excellent. Our host Claudia reach out to us to suggest our meeting spot. We let her know when we would arrive. She pulled up with a shuttle cart as we were getting out of our vehicle and gave us a lift to the old town. Early easy check in. She did the same with Check out.

Porta Antica was in the perfect location to explore Rovinj on foot, and was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Claudia made us feel very welcome and made our stay very smooth and easy.

Breakfast was not an option. Dozens of places in town, no problem. I would put a dark shade in our bedroom.

Charming, clean and spacious apt, lovely view balcony, excellent location! Wonderful hosts! Nothing!

Loved the size of rooms and comfortable beds, towels, pillows, blankets. Lights were great. The rooms were exactly like the pictures and perfect little kitchen. Location was the ideal—just off the busy restaurant row —perfect for getting everywhere. Reception staff were extra friendly and helped me get a driver to Pula—very thorough. Claudia and Leonard went above and beyond helping with questions and directing us accordingly when we needed a golf cart to Grand Park hotel. Would recommend the property to friends family and would stay there again! I plan to return! Thank for making our stay five star hospitality! Many outlets however, wish there were USB ports to charge up. Recommend having more water available. The one bottle in room was great would have loved one per day.

Old Town Rovinj is amazing and Porta Antica is right in the center of it all. Terrific communication throughout from some very nice, very welcoming people. Lenard picked us up at the ferry after hours and was a real pleasure to talk with - thank you! Gorgeous views of the waterfront from the rooms. Had a great time swimming off the rocks a 5 min walk away (we appreciate the beach towels!). We absolutely loved our 2-night stay there and look forward to visiting again! Just be aware there are a few steep stone steps to the rooms. Not a big deal for us.

Claudia was an A-1 host. She made our stay exceptional as she was ready to assist an any way she could. Our room was an apartment overlooking the harbor. Has to be the best room in Rovijn. Restaurants everywhere and walking in Old Town was a pleasure. Nothing I can think of

Amazing location, super friendly staff

Loved the location. Loved the atmosphere and decor of the apartment. The staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. They felt like family!

The room had so much character with beautiful view of the water on a peaceful morning with sunshine! Early morning garbage trucks. But I did have all the windows open and the garbage truck passed through fairly quickly.

Claudia, charm of room, location all A+ Facade could use touch up

The location is very convenient The room is very small and old , the parking lot the employee recommended is very expensive, it cost us Eur84 a day!

Position was great - was comfortable Parking is a problem and closest parking very expensive - Aircon only in lounge and doesn’t cover bedroom.

Even better than I hoped it would be. Room was full of character and with all I required, including coffee making facilities and a little fridge. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept really well. There are four windows giving a lovely view of the harbour. At night with the windows closed perfect silence and air conditioning that worked well whilst also being very quiet. I just loved this room and would definitely return.

The location was brilliant! Very central and the staff were great. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything needed.
