Hyatt Place Sacramento International Airport

Floors, elevator, hallways were all so dirty. Luckily the room was ok, except our window shade was off track and I had to fix it in the middle of the night (it fell off its hinge). Staff were nice enough, but I can’t stress how dirty the floors and walls were.

Overall the stay was good, clean room, good breakfast, but you need to work on the shuttle service. I landed about 8:05pm, called in to get a shuttle and was told to wait an hour for the shuttle. I ended up calling uber. The uber driver told me he picks up a lot of your guests, because the shuttle service doesn't run after 5pm. If this is true, we should be told ahead of time. If I had waited an hour and still did not get a shuttle, I would have been upset. It worked out this time, but it would have been nice to actually use the shuttle service instead of calling uber.

It was new, clean, and soooooo quiet. Great place to stay. And they had shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nice clean property, with a good bar. Breakfast was included but we missed it because we had to leave before it opened. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of Sacramento airport.

Property was clean but noisy parking lot. People partying and drinking. Our room had a single cockroach - wonder if there were more?

This was a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I needed an early ( like 4 am) shuttle to the airport and everything was arranged and went smoothly. I would definitely recommend to others and I would come again.

The reservation was in my name so they insisted on asking for a credit card in my name, they wouldn’t allow my husband who was right there next to me to use his card. Absurd. We travel a lot and this has never happened to us before.

The staff were helpful and friendly but i was disappointed because i reserved a room with a king bed and was put in a room with two queens. I was told that it is Hyatt policy to not guarantee the type of room you get if you book through a third party such as Expedia. So buyer beware.

The hotel is confidently located to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was neat but not the cleanest.

When I got to the hotel and inquired about the airport shuttle, I was told I had to reserve a spot. Then I was informed the time I needed was full. There was no help offered beyond that, i.e. an UBER voucher. I was told to call earlier in the day of my stay - which would probably mean someone else would not get a ride. In short, I am very disappointed that I had to pay $35 for an UBER when the free airport shuttle was the main reason I booked the hotel.
