Great hotel clean rooms great amenities food was amazing I’d stay here anytime

Room was clean and quiet

Big rooms. Fitness center is ok. Air conditioner blows on machine. Breakfast is ok. They ran out of some of the food they were offering

We had a great stay. Arrived late in the evening but staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Breakfast, staff, clean, parking were good

There are wild turkeys that live across the street and that was a real treat!

Breakfast was excellent. Room service not great. They were supposed to get every other day and all we got was our trash emptied and some of the towels changed. Missing a ring from the bedside table also.

My opinion: I wish they go bankrupt.

I stay at the Marriott a lot and in all my years I have never encountered roaches, but there was a roach in my room on my first night. This is extremely disturbing considering how much I paid to stay here. I told the front desk and the lady just said she would tell her supervisor. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. I am so sorry to have to write this review but it needed to be said.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Downside=no pool.

Location, cleanliness, and staff

The size of the rooms & cleanliness of the facility. Also the front desk staff was absolutely lovely. They provided excellent customer service, thank you! Now that you mention it, more lighting in the room would have been nice. There are lots of lamps, but they are all very specific to their areas. The space in between can get a little dark. The lighting in the bathroom was quite yellow, so it was hard to tell if make up was properly applied.

Nothing...all was perfect!

Traveled with two kids. Second time staying at this hotel and we liked it both times! Comfortable, quiet and had all we needed. Very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great. Will stay here anytime we pass through SAC.
