The room smelt so terribly of cigarettes. Even for a non smoking room, it was giving us headaches. There were bugs but that wasn't the main issue. It was the overwhelming stench of stale cigarettes.

The staff attitudes are getting better…it must be the SPURS! The shower was messed up, and they can clean the rooms more often. Perhaps hire more housekeepers… Oh and the towels had left a lot of lint when I dried off. And the phone in the room didn’t work.
