Doesn't have a pool was told they was getting rid of it but the staff was helpful and i enjoy the stay.

The location was wonderful The AC didn’t work great had to get fans Pool was closed for maintenance

Property was ok We had 2 occasions in the 2 nights that we stayed there where we had people open our door — we reported that to the front desk the first time, on the first occasion that it happened— we were told that it might have been maintenance doing work — The following morning, there was another incident where it seemed that guests made a mistake in trying the wrong door, but it still opened. I told the reception that it could be that our lock was totally not working —- they just said they would check into it

Customer care is critical in hospitality industry. The lady that checked us in wasn't helpful at all, the cleaning ladies kept saying" no English no English " when we reported trouble opening our door to the front desk , the lady was least bothered and kept saying just push harder. Funnily we met the same at breakfast ( 3 min late and she reminded us breakfast is 6-9 am. We however had great experience with the one who checked us out and the team at the vallet desk. They were awesome, kind and very professional.

Location was great, rooms clean and comfortable, walking distance to all downtown attractions and restaurants.

Close by to a lot of attractions. Riverwalk and Alamo. Valet only hotel but there’s a cheaper covered parking lot across from the hotel suggested by the valet itself (I believe it’s good for keeping the car in the parking garage but not for in and out privileges.) Buffett breakfast is decent but there should be atleast 2waffle maker to keep the line going. Overall it’s a good place for family stay.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. I want that to be the top thing about this place. The location of the hotel was very central and easily walkable for the event we were attending on the river walk and sightseeing. The room was clean overall but the couch in the room was nasty and had weird stains on it. We laid towels down to sit on it. There was also small trash under the sofa. Other than that, the stay was good. The staff were truly the best part.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the valet! We could hear the cars all night, but it is ok for the view we had!

Just plain awesome...
