Location, staff checking in was wonderful Room was warm, Rip in carpet with carpet tacks sticking out, shower sprayed everywhere, no parking unless you valet.

Valet parking--charged for because all other garages full-$45.00 a night-and than I get an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of$20 and $1,00 after I checked out with NO explaination on why???? no one seems to know??? keys were turned in and kitchen was clean?

Staff was very nice. Expect to pay high prices for the parking. $60

Breakfast was delicious, omelets, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, juice, potatoes, Hot and tasty. Room was perfect size, Nice bed, no issue with any kitchen appliance, water pressure in the shower was awesome, but there was not a vent in the bathroom. Location, location, location ! Close to shopping, bars, doughnuts 😊, food, Riverwalk, the Alamo. Ideal location. Definitely a place to return to.

No hot water, loud and noisy late at night every night, car horns blowing until after 10:30 pm. Pool was so cold it was impossible to swim in.

The location was perfect, close to everything downtown has to offer. Perfect walking distance from the mall, riverwalk, and the tower. I didn’t like the lack of information regarding parking. The staff made it seem the parking garage was connected but once I made a call to the garage staff, they stated they weren’t affiliated with the hotel. I wish the website made it more known that there wasn’t a parking garage to store my vehicle and rather had to opt in for valet parking which isn’t what I had originally intended.

Breakfast was really good. Fresh hot and a good selection. We booked 2 king suites and expected king sized beds as advertised but they are falsely advertising this. The beds are actually queen sized. The rooms are tiny and there was no hot water.

Room price was good for the location, which was optimum for walking to the Alamo and plaza, RiverCenter, dining options, accessing the Riverwalk and other downtown locations. The room was comfortable, clean and cool, though could use some refreshing; carpet worn in places, AC a bit loud, mattress, though comfortable too, had a slope towards the middle (could probably be replaced too). Hot breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The staff were wonderful. Valet parking was a bit steep in price; the Valets themselves were awesome - very short wait time to retrieve our vehicle. Overall, the stay was great - just little things that warranted 4 stars over 5. For location - absolutely recommend.

Everything was great except for the A/C shutting down or heating up each night.

Absolute drizzling shit… would not recommend this hell hole… was told parking was $45, they charged me z$62… was charged $100 extra for my pet (not mentioned when I set reservation) …. Horrible Read above …. Will NEVER stay here again
