Manger was a good guy

This hotel seems to never have been updated. We had a leaky shower head, broken lamps, dirty carpet, and splatters of food on the AC. The bathroom door was hard for my kids to open and they kept getting stuck in there. I checked out after one night.

Run down hotel. Room was small and was in need a serious renovation. No pool towels and the room was not cleaned while we were out. If in the area again, we will stay elsewhere.

Flooded bath everytime you showered due to the shower heads extremely high pressure. Pipes made so much noise trying to turn the water on.

No extra charge for parking on top of paying for your room, that was nice. Room ready but no early check in when using hotels.com. Small rooms and hard beds.

Rooms were clean (you can tell the housekeepers do their job) but the rooms itself were runned down. They need upgrades/renovations. Shower head takes a minute to get running after u pull up the dial on the faucet, the bedding needs replacing - you can tell they’ve been cleaned a million times from the accumulated lint balls in the fabric, which was rough on the skin. Also, they could’ve possibly had bed bugs because the kids and I had bites on our ankles and my daughter broke out with rashes.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room was mediocre, the staff not helpful and they don't answer the phone. There were no menus in the room and nothing explaining the checkout process.

The entire hotel is outdated, it looks more like a motel not Best Western hotel. I have been in many best western hotels before, but nothing compare to this one. The front desk staff weren’t professional at all. The room was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and weren’t tucked in properly. There was hair in the bath tub and bathroom was nasty dirty. The bath tub drain wasn’t draining properly. All together the only thing good about this hotel is the location. Not recommending to anyone to stay there.

The rooms was outdated in decor and had a musty smell( The carpet was old and had an odor). The staff was nice. The single hot tub had a white residue that shed /covered swim suit. The breakfast and staff were great

Clean rooms , nice pool. Very enjoyable hotel

But the security guard went beyond to help us find the pool. The pool was heated so thats was really nice but we couldn't find towels for the pool. The hotel was clean. Wished they serve breakfast.

Overall good, however expensive restaurant, toilet plumbing blocked and leaking (but fixed upon notifying). Good cleaning service, staff generally ok but not so helpful. Thanks.

This place was a mess. I asked for a bottom floor because I have a bad hip. The girl said there were none available and that it wasn't a big deal because there were only like 12 steps. Apparently, she has no idea how hard that is. Then the keys didn't work. 3 more trips up and down the stairs. Then they wanted us to wait around for maintenance, but I said no because I didn't want to have problems with my door the entire trip. After that, they moved us to another 2nd-floor room, more steps and more pain. The room was not very clean the towels were dirty. The fridge didn't work, and there was a gross towel in it. We could hear every sound the people next to us made. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet. Not worth what we paid to stay here.
