Will definitely stay again!

I stayed during the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and the location was perfect. Trek bike shop near by, food not far away and close to race start. The staff were great, rooms were big and bus stop out the front. It really was the best spot for this race. The bath was good post race as well. Overall highly recommend!

Great price for the area. Short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf

Well placed hotel for tourism, free parking is a big plus.

We were in a room on Fillmore street across from a beer garden. To no fault of the hotel, we had a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep until after the bar closed each night. That being said, the room was perfect, the car was safe, we had an incredible stay. Next time I’ll bring earplugs and will stay here again and again. Thank you all!

My favorite most convenient hotel in SF! Staff are so nice, rooms are so clean and the parking is super safe.
-
Insulation was not good, the room was both noisy and cold
-
Its can be quite loud at night

The parking garage was kinda tight. Not much wiggle room. But it was worth it to have it gated and you can only open the gate with your room key.

Great location, great value, free parking! Our room was not cleaned very well. Hair in the bathroom and shower, dirty carpet.
-
Clean, comfortable, spacious room (double queen), friendly staff, close to many downtown attractions. Free parking a huge bonus! If you get an outside room, along Filmore, there is a Mexican restaurant and outside night club that are open until 3 am and weekends are very loud and rowdy. TV didn't drown out the noise and it was very hard to sleep.

Free parking

Large room, good bed, free parking A bit of noise from Lombard as my room overlooked street. Heard some late night revelry.

Very large room with plenty of space and comfy beds. Parking is available on the premises. Staff was so nice! I love the area, which felt safe all over, and there are plenty of nearby cafes, bars, and restaurants. If you like walking, you can have up to an hour walk to every main place in SF from Golden Bridge to Union Square. The room is very dated, with beds, furniture, and rags.

Location was amazing! Centrally located to almost every place we wanted to go. Walking distance to some and on major bus route to many others. Many great restaurants close by with a short walk. Beautiful bay window in the sitting area. Free parking was a HUGE plus. Very reasonable price for the room. Located in a charming area near the bay. Will definitely stay there again! A bit noisy because of traffic noise but that could be dealt with a room that doesn’t face the street. But the view out of the bay window was amazing. A great trade for the traffic noise

It’s out of date, but kind of adorable at once. SPACIOUS rooms. And a parking garage. HANDY!

Not that it can be changed without a lot of work: Parking Garage Entrance Signage, I looped a few times before I figured out how to enter the parking garage, one perspective is that I need to get better at entering parking garages in San Francisco, for this was my first time.

Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced when we requested. We did not like the noise in the middle of the night with trucks unloading below our window.
-
Underground secured parking was great for this part of the city. Comfortable king size bed.
