Mould in the shower. Noisy room and location

This hotel is just barely a step above a dirty hostel. Most of the staff i interacted with were extremely helpful and kind though!

The room I got (which cost my employer over $200/night with taxes and $165/night before taxes and was described as "newly refurbished") was like that: - room had nothing to sit on (no chair or bench etc) except bed - room had no desk (even smallest) so you must eat and work on your computer standing or sitting on the bed - bathroom had only bath towel (no other towels) - no soap (either liquid or hard) to wash hands - completely missing handle for glass shower door (only 2 round holes in the glass) - bed frame made from metal that sounds like a metal drum unless you don't move during sleep ( I do and woke up several times per night due to this sound). So I'd rate this this "hotel" facilities somewhere between no star hotels and youth hostel private (not dorm) room - but closer to hostel. YMMV.

Very comfortable beds. Rooms are well-appointed and clean. Kumar and Al at the desk were very helpful. The #8 bus stop located outside the hotel is so convenient. I shall return. Glad to know that they are installing an elevator too.

Identified bedbugs and had to leave to stay elsewhere, staff insistent that the bedbugs were not present and refused a refund.

Despite being assigned a supposedly renovated room, I found dirt and hair in the dresser drawers and shower. There was no TV remote upon arrival, and the smoke detector appeared to be missing entirely, leaving exposed wires hanging from the ceiling and toilet paper stuffed in the hole The room lacked basic amenities, including a phone to contact the front desk and hand towels in the bathroom. With no air conditioning, I opened the windows for fresh air, but cigarette and marijuana smoke regularly entered the room. There are no hand towels other than the shower towels. The most frustrating incident occurred when the water suddenly shut off while I was in the middle of a shower. After going downstairs to inquire, I was told it would be restored within 30 minutes due to a leak. Instead, it took nearly two hours before I could finish showering. The concierge was polite and provided a remote and extra toilet paper when requested. However, the remote only worked intermittently, no apology was offered for the water outage, and I never saw housekeeping or had my room serviced during my two-night stay. Overall, the cleanliness issues, missing safety equipment, ongoing construction, and interruption of basic services made for a disappointing stay.

The building was run down. Walls in the hallway were cracked and broken. Dirty blankets were in the hallway the day I checked in . The next day blankets were still in the hallway. The pictures on website do not look like the place looks like in person. No ac or heater, no parking. I would never stay here again.

It was arguably safer, though not quieter, than staying on the street. VERY LOUD! We were given room 108, which was apparently directly over a nightclub with live music going to 3 am, so most of our night of sleep was lost to the noise. They should not rent out this room on weekend nights. It was very sparsely furnished, which I suppose is expected at the price.

Not recommended, the mattress cover had blood stain, I asked the front desk to change room. They said no extra room and only gave me extra sheet to cover it.not going there any noee

There was a clicking noise coming from the walls, the street noise was expected. Good thing I had my ear plugs.

The location was good. I stayed at the hotel for one night and ended up staying and additional night out of convenience. And the rates were pretty good. This last visit I did not have a reservation and was told there was only one room left. Yeah that song and dance. So the first visit the rates were $70 a night this time it was $150 $170 with tax. But I still decided to get the room.. When I get in the room the TV is not working. When I bring it to the attention of the front and ask the question how are you charging the amount and the TV don't even work. And his response was that was them being mighty generous letting me use the tv. microwave and mini fridge because they didn't have to supply those things.
