The property was very clean and I especially appreciated the indoor parking.

Hotel is very conveniently located and clean. Parking is excellent

The overall experience was fanatic, but the elevators were a bit dodgy on Sunday morning.

Room was nice. Close to lots of sites and restaurants. Barkeep was very friendly.

Fantastic hotel for visiting San Francisco. Very safe/secure parking, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Easy walking to trolly stations. Will definitely stay here again!

There were times I went to buy a bottle of water and snack, but the area had closed for the night. I wish there was an area (like other hotels have) where you can buy water and snacks 24 hours/day and it has self checkout. This makes it much easier on guests.

Exactly as described. We got the corner room with the city view and it was beautiful and gloomy.

I would have given this a 5-star but for 2 things. #1. The breakfast was $35 each. $35!!! That is insane considering HI is known for free breakfast. In this day and age, that is astronomical for a Holiday Inn buffet. We went down the street to MyMy Cafe and had the best breakfast (not buffet but fresh to order), and it was half that and delicious. #2. The grab-and-go closes. Yep...it closes during the day. That makes no sense whatsoever. They told me they didn't have a cashier, but just ring it up at the reception like every single other hotel on the planet.

The hotel was centrally located and close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was clean and the pool and gym were an added bonus.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The room was clean, except for some hair in the bathtub. The amenities were great and the staff were helpful. The parking is crazy expensive per night so buyer beware.

We had a beautiful room. Very convenient location. Hotel restaurant was fine for continental type breakfast & coffee. Very small dinner menu, not for "fine" dining.
