Location is so good. No view.

How central it is, very close to BART and tram stops outside hotel. The decor of the hotel was really nice. The fan on the ceiling was clicking the whole time and I had to leave it on overnight because the room got very hot. Room is compact, maybe tricky with two people sharing but fine for single use.

Good location - close to everything… we walked everywhere. Rooms are small but it’s ok. No fridge or microwave

facility is clean, very convenient to everything. the person that night when I checked in, he had hard time finding my reservation even I already gave him my reservation confirmation. that's the only problem I encountered. the following day the receptionist was very helpful and and very courteous.

The room was tiny, no storage at all. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once and the towels were not replaced either

Hotel is clean and conveniently located but the water dispenser in the hotel broke and they have a cafe and there was no access to clean water! You can’t run a hotel and cafe without clean water!
