This one is tough. Convenient location, ample parking, though I missed that it was $25 per night to park there, still one of the cheapest options in the area with the parking cost though. My biggest issue with this place was my room. I was in room 116 and I am 95% certain it was a storage closet before that was converted to a room. My shower felt like it was an old mop sink at one point. I also feel like I was assigned that room because I was traveling solo and there is definitely not enough room for two people in the room I stayed in. At its widest, it was 13'x8' but the wall is angled toward the bathroom where it goes down to about 4'x5'. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't even sit straight on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and I'm not even that tall. Looking at the fire escape plan in the room, it seems the other rooms are actual rooms and probably quite spacious but I took a tour of Alcatraz while I was in SF and I felt like my room was barely larger than one of their jail cells. If you're traveling solo and choose to stay here, just say you have two people and you'll probably get a decent sized room. I'd probably stay here again, but only if I wasn't in room 116

The outlets in the entire Appartments would not hold my phone charger except the one in the six outlet expander behind the fridge. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work at all. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Good location, reasonable parking, smelled clean and beds were comfortable First I arrived and staff completely ignored me saying I wanted to pay my deposit with cash. Didn't go over what he was charging my card, interacted with me enough to tell me my room number. At first room seemed ok. Until I took a shower. Absolutely the worst water pressure, would come and go. And worse was the sound, like a jack hammer was in the shower with me. And that sound continued off and on throughout the night. Could barely hear the tv over how loud it was. And definitely didn't sleep well. And then to top things off while getting dressed I noticed a cockroach on the bed I had just gotten out of. I went to tell front desk at check out and just got a oh sorry. I asked about my deposit and was informed that they don't release the funds til midnight.

Great location.

The advantages include only the location, - close to the Muni and BART stations, - close to the city center - The bathroom was in very poor condition; when you took a shower, the entire pipes would vibrate very loudly. - There was no cleaning or towel replacement during the entire stay (that's how I hung the sign). Even when I caught the cleaning lady and asked for a replacement towel, she took them but didn't bring new ones. - There was a lot of wind through the cracks in the doors, so they had to be sealed with something to prevent the cold and the loud noises.

Passable

1)The room was nothing like pictures. 2) Constant banging and screaming all night long. 3) Random strangers/homeless banging on doors early in the morning. 4) Room was small, everything was dilapidated and old 5) Pigeons banging the window constantly

The room was dirty, we paid for parking and we ended parking on the street parking lot full we had a handicap parking and there was people parked without one. Told hotel staff and they didn’t care

Clean room but bed was really close to the bath room/ wall. VERY inconvenient. Have to slide on the wall to get to the bathroom

Aside from sleeping with critters I didn’t bring, the broken shower rod, and a fan that actively refused to participate, it was a great visit!

Chris at the front desk was exceptional with customer service. The hotel was occupied with displaced families living in the hotel. Daily visits from Welfare and legal authorities. Screaming kids running through commons area Drug addicts running in and out of rooms and hiding in the stairs. While the rooms are non smoking the smell of Marijuana comming into my room. And as I came in late after an event I was told by security the night desk person wanted me to go to me room while I smoking a cigarette. I was in the parking lot near the stairs The room is non smoking So I went out side to smoke away from other rooms!
