The hotel was very clean but the staff was not helpful at all in fact they were very rude. I was not given the room that I booked and I was charged for parking even though I didn't have a car.

Everybody seems really nice and everybody seems like they want to help you The fact that I have to leave. I feel so comfortable here. Everybody don't wanna leave lol.

Good breakfast, spacious room with comfortable beds, convenient location. Noise from the train was pretty bad at night. Floors/carpet looked dirty and in need of updating.

The location was good and it was fairly quiet. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff and facilities were quick to respond to any issues that came up. They were nice people too. I got to use the train as a means of public transportation too. N/A

Good value for money. Clean and fairly fresh rooms. Excellent breakfast with a fun pancake machine that impressed the kids. Friendly and welcoming staff. No major issues noted.
