Airport shuttle was great!

The staff members were especially kind, there was a line and I expected a tired person since I was last in line but no, very kind, both the 4pm and 7am members were very kind and helpful, and as close to the airport I was half expecting it to be loud but it was silent and really nice

Staff were not friendly and room was not cleaned for two days in a row. We had to hunt for room service to get towels, cups or even toilet paper.

Convenient location close to airport and central to most of San Jose area. Plenty of parking. Early checking available. Helpful staff. In spite of being near airport, my room was quiet, dark, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Glitch in airport to hotel shuttle after returning rental car return...the hotel to airport shuttle in the morning was perfect.

We had a king suite. It opened to the courtyard with nice and sunny view of the pool and greenery. Although it was not very large at all it was pleasant. Both the bedroom and the living room had TVs. The shower was good but low water pressure, but I think that is a city issue. I only wish the convenience store would stay open longer. Very close to the airport with free shuttle. Shout out to Sahil add to reception desk who went out of his way to get us a room to our liking and was very helpful and polite. Not too many places to eat within walking distance. Close by we had a very cool ethnic coffee shop, a sandwich shop, and Italian/pizza place. There was a place to get coffee and small eats at the hotel but most of the time it was closed.

Lack of hospitality: my key card didn't initally work. After I had to go back to the desk to get a new one, the room I was assigned was dirty, unmade bed and dirty towels on the sink. I went back down and told the frontdesk employee. He offered no apology, nothing to express any acknowledgment for this inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen, but there was a definite lack of hospitality on his part. He did not represent the brand or hotel well.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. No restaurant on site, only a breakfast bar.
